Basically, the title says all. I was wondering what words, phrases, implications, etc. that refer to homosexuality and the gay community offend you or aggravate you when used in a negative context.

For example, it offends me when people think something is dumb so they say "OMG that's so gaaaaaay."

I hate it when people look at something pink and go "Only gay people wear that. " Ok, I hate the color pink but that's not true.

I hate the word "f**" unless it's obviously a joke (unless the joke is lame or unfunny)

oh, and I get mad when people assume I'm gay just because I'm on the wrestling team.

I generally don’t get offended.

You can say whatever you want to me and I pretty much will laugh it off. I think to be offended by something as trivial as a discriminatory remark is funny. Why am I going to get mad / angry / offended by something someone who doesn’t even know me says? It just doesn’t make sense. Well to me it doesn’t.

Though I’m not the type to hold anger with in my soul; I hate being tainted by a bad aura.

Personally, I think that if everyone kind of gave up being angry at the trivial things in life the world would be one amazing road trip. But, who am I? Just another drunken monkey.

We have a wrestling team at our school, and I've never heard people make that assumption about them.. wow.. there's a lot of nice guys on my schools wrestling team.. whee

Not many things offend me.. I hate it when people use your sexuality to try and insult you in a negative way, you know, stuff like "Shut up f**", or "Go to hell Dyke", but I don't mind if its said jokingly. My friends call me a f** all the time, and I call them fags too. whee

I also don't like how the gay community, or a few individuals from it, made insults directed at heterosexuality. I've heard a few gay people call some straight people "Breeders" before and I can't say I like that. Just seems like they're sinking down to some peoples levels.

I really don't get offended very often. But one time I got offended because someone cut off all conections with me because I am bi. He even ran away from home when he heard I was going over one day. He didn't come back until after I left.
