a lunar cloak might look good with the black. Or you could possibly bring in maybe one other color, to offset the brightness of the yellow hair.
Currently I'd say you've got a 5-6/10

I agree, a lunar cloak would be a good idea. You could also try a tiny bit of white, or maybe some glasses.
