Like it says you are alone in a room you can speak to the ghosts or across the hall to someone else until you have been "cured" . Ghost may be able to pick the locks on the doors if they like you enough and you Can go on a rampage just be sure not to kill anyone and NO GOD MODING i know you are crazy and are capable of anything just try and chill....... oh and a pen in the eye really hurts haha.
