Okay, so I'm in this high school performance group at my church called Genesis (this year we are Genesis XXII and did "The Big Picture" for our play. We were on tour around the San Juan Island/ Seattle area from June 20-27...maybe you've seen us? I played Leesha...) and I have two friends, both are now sophomores, who are as crazy about the Phantom of the Opera as I am. One of them, decided that she was going to do something for me during our tour. At our final performance at our home church before we left, she put a note on top of my purse (at the time I didn't know it was her because she was really sneaky about it...). It said "Elizabeth Egner Open Immediately", so of course, I did.
Here's what it said (in Phantom of the Opera like writing)...
Elizabeth,
My love, you have always been the one I wanted. I have heard you sing and I believe that we would be a good team. With my skill and your voice, you could be a star! This is not a request. You must fo to the balcony (box 5) and wait for me there. Do not let anyone see you. If these demands are not met, a disaster beyond your imagination will occur.

Inside of that was a little ribbon that said "Singing star" on it. I thought it was pretty funny so I went up to the balcony to see who it was, but no one showed up. I called my friend and she said that it was someone who had a major part in the play who gave it to her (she has one of the bigger roles in our play) and that I would getting this notes all throughout tour.
So, the day finally came when tour started and I asked my friend about the notes and she confessed it was her who left the note and was going to do this whole big thing and on the last day of tour, she was going to dress up as the Phantom of the Opera and reveal herself to me and it was going to be this cool, fun thing, but she couldn't do it. I thought it would have been fun!
So, has someone ever done something Phantom related for you?

My friends do all sorts of small stuff for me. Amanda does goofy impressions and vocals which make me smile after only three notes and Adrienne makes me gorgeous phanart.

My friend can draw really well and for my birthday she drew me a very cool picture of Erik. I was sooo happy. XD

My friends all think I'm crazy for my Phantom love.
My ex boyfriend said my obsession was "annoying". My best friend hated PotP and insists that "WINSLOW'S UGLY!". Some other guy friend of mine, again, said it was "obnoxious" and just...doesn't get it. So I wish I had friends who did Phantom stuff for me.
But that's awesom, PAM. I envy you. *Greeen*

My ex-boyfriend's many reasons for dumping me was that I had I was too obsessed with Phantom cause I kept telling him I wanted him to watch it.
I haven't seen Phantom of the Paradise but I will sometime when no one is home and I have the attention span to watch it. XD

At the end-of-the-year band banquet my senior year, the band gave me a ALW-style Phantom mask. And played "Masquerade" everytime a picture of me came up on the slideshow.
One of my friends got me the Phantom of the Opera movie poster after the movie came out. <3

Erin Sovenya At the end-of-the-year band banquet my senior year, the band gave me a ALW-style Phantom mask. And played "Masquerade" everytime a picture of me came up on the slideshow. That's so cool! The band played Phantom at my school and I got to sing along with the band. I was so confused though because I had to be Christine one second then Raoul or Erik the next. XD

My friend has done one thing for me. In computer graphics, I found a lovely cut-out from a newspaper that was a PoTO add, featuring the mask surrounded by fog with the words "Eternally Yours" above it, by my computer. I was so happy!
