The doors opened and into the arena stepped Angelo White, a boy looking no older than his teens, and looking almost pale as he paced slowly and steadily towards the center. His eyes darted around the interior of the arena, glancing at each and every face in the stands, and he sighed heavily when he realized just how many there were.
So, his hands in the pockets of the tattered tan overcoat this young boy wore over his casual clothing, Angelo waited silently and nervously for this whole ordeal to get underway.
'...I hate this...'

"Go, go, go!"
On the boy's opponent's side, a solitary flashbang grenade would go off, blinding the arena and potentially the opponent. Out stepp-...er, hopped Brian Peppers, reknown CS:S hacker and bane to all VAC-Secured servers. He hopped to the left...then to the right...and then to his starting spot, all like the n00b f*****t he is. Once at his starting spot, he'd mark down a large crosshair, indicating his starting spot. Little did the opponent know that this spot would play a key role for Mr. Peppers if the time came in this match, but he wouldn't reveal what.
"lawl 1 34t t3h n00654uc3 4...3vr lawl" It was clear to all...with the l33t, and not finishing his sentence, he was clearly a Counter-Strike player. Once he finished saying that, an AK-47 would appear in his hand. He was a terrorist, after all. On his sides were cartridges for ammo for both the rifle and a Desert Eagle, along with a lone C4 Sticky Bomb. He would wait...yet he would still hop up and down like a camper f*****t.

The flashbang went off, but luckily enough, or perhaps because the boy had managed in that short span of time to notice the device, identify it, and look away, Angelo was not staring directly into the flash when it went off. However, with his ears now ringing, the boy removed his hands from his pockets to cup them over his ears in an instinctive responce to try and quell the constant noise that was not coming from outside.
neutral
"I'm sorry, I- I don't understand..." the boy replied to the gibbrish in a wavering tone that was almost inaudible. For a moment he watched the opponent bounce up and down, though not necessarilly because it was an odd sight, but because he was studying the weapons on the bouncing man and taking the time to recall the specifics on each of them.
Kalashnikov AK-47, 7.62 caliber round, 30 round magazine, 600 rounds per minute rate of fire. Ammunition cartridges for the AK-47. Ammunition cartridges for an unspecified pistol type. Implied presence of an unspecified type of pistol. Explosive device of unfamiliar design.
The boy took another moment, then removed his hands from his ears, holding them at his sides, the ringing was beginning to subside, but at least it was enough so that he couldn't hear the people in the stands shouting, cheering, and heckling. He took a step forwards, towards the opponent, with his eyes fixed upon one single point on the opponent's body, and he sighed deeply.
"I'm sorry about all this..."

"lole 1 r l33tz0rz wtfbbq¿"
Mr. Peppers' hacks began to take effect. Soon he was at such a high speed that the boy would barely be able to see him. And as this server wasn't VAC secured, he could use the hacks as he pleased. "n00b54uc3!!!" At this time, Mr. Peppers began to go around in circles as he bunnyhopped, constantly jumping and crouching, jumping, crouching...he wouldn't stop, for this was the true tactic of the CS f**.
Just then, Mr. Peppers would throw more grenades at the boy's feet. The first would be another Flashbang to distract the opponent. The remaining 4 would be HE grenades, that due to his hacks, could carry more than the usual 1 on VAC secured servers. As the impact radius would be relatively large, the boy might have a hard time dodging. And since they only had a two second fuse, it would take 1 second to reach the boy, and would explode within the next second. He wouldn't have enough time to pick them up and throw them back at Peppers, who was now bouncing around the outskirts of the entire arena within seconds, noticably away from the boy. This would make him extremely hard to hit. Peppers was at a full 100/100, with primary and secondary full. He wouldn't bother replenishing the grenades; he could do that whenever he pleased. Then, he would activate his aimbot...let the hacking begin.

(( Your character entertains me so. )) I_Am_GK "lole 1 r l33tz0rz wtfbbq¿" "Pardon?" the boy replied, not recognizing what exactly the CS f** was trying to convey with his vocalized numeric script. "If you could use english I'd be much obliged... sweatdrop " CS f** Mr. Angelo simply stood near the center of the arena, watching Peppers bound in circles around the outskirts of the area, bunnyhopping and crouching, apparently trying to make himself the fastest, smallest target that he could so that any ligitimate players would have a hard time hitting him with their own guns... however, Angelo did not have a gun, nor did he really believe in weapons or violence in general. As long as Peppers continued to harmlessly bunnyhop around the area, Angelo would continue to watch and try to think of how to put an end to the fight. Peppers Just then, Mr. He wouldn't have enough time to pick them up and throw them back at Peppers, who was now bouncing around the outskirts of the entire arena within seconds, noticably away from the boy. This would make him extremely hard to hit. The first grenade bounced upon the ground at Angelo's feet, and Angelo deftly kicked it aside without incident. When the flashbang ignited, he could not see the flash, but the bang still left that same ringing in his ears that he last one had. Unfortunately for the hacker, there was a lapse in judgement on the CS f**'s part: throwing the flashbang before the other four grenades would mean one of two things; either there was a delay between the flashbang and the other four grenades being thrown, or Peppers was staring directly at the boy and the flashbang while he threw four more grenades. Regardless, the other four grenades would never actually reach the boy. With a dash that matched the speed that the CS f** had given himself, Angelo rushed past the four grenades while they were still airborne, under the arc so that they landed a good distance behind him and when they did ignite, Peppers would find himself bouncing along beside the boy, who was running around the outskirts of the arena right beside Peppers. "...could we... possibly be civil about this, sir?" the boy asked, appologetically.

Brian's hacks caused him to be immune from friendly fire, which included his own flashbang, so his ears would not ring, nor would his eyes be blinded by the bright light. He would continue to hop around the arena...
When he saw the boy proceed to match his speed, he quickly switched from his rifle to an auto shotgun, with full ammo. The boy would not see the change, as this happened as he was near the center while Peppers was on the outskirts. To see the change of a sheathed weapon would be ungodly and close to impossible.
When the boy approached, the hacker was careful to quickly unsheath his gun as he continued to hop around in circles. Once the boy was right aside Peppers and had spoken a few words, though not finishing the entire sentence, he would fire the gun. Due to his aimbot, there would be no punishment for his hopping. And as the boy was exactly aside of him, the impact would be immediate. The pellets were almost guarenteed to sink in and kill the boy, unless he could somehow generate a way to dodge within the very little time he had. It would most likely result in his death.

Angelo would not have noticed the change in a holstered weapon from a distance of 150 feet, at least not when he was watching other things, but when it was pulled out he was able to recognize that a shotgun does not equal an assault rifle. I_Am_GK When the boy approached, the hacker was careful to quickly unsheath his gun as he continued to hop around in circles. Once the boy was right aside Peppers and had spoken a few words, though not finishing the entire sentence, he would fire the gun. Due to his aimbot, there would be no punishment for his hopping. And as the boy was exactly aside of him, the impact would be immediate. It takes a far from intelligent person to stand, unarmed, in front of a man weilding a shotgun if he can possibly avoid doing so. Regardless, however, Angelo had rushed in beside the hacker and attempted diplomacy on the matter; diplomacy which had apparently failed. Though, as anyone familiar with the device can attest to, firearms have one truly fatal error in design: something must be directly in front of them to be hit by them. With Peppers holding a loaded firearm, the most basic course of action that should come to mind would be: get out of the way. It was this that the boy was obligated to do when Peppers attempted to fire- not by dodging to the side or trying to outrun the bullets or anything like that, but simply by ducking quickly to the side, as he was traveling right beside the CS f**. themightyjello He took a step forwards, towards the opponent, with his eyes fixed upon one single point on the opponent's body, and he sighed deeply. The most significant difficulty that Peppers would soon realize about this matchup was that, while Peppers could move quickly, he was used to firing at 'helpless' targets that moved much slower than he did, which meant that when two things moving at a high speed shifted directions, there would be next to no time to adjust the aim of his weapon. In this case, however, it was not another hacker that he was up against, but simply a boy who could naturally move at that high rate of speed... which also meant that this boy could react to stimuli on a whole different level than Peppers would be able to. Angelo had been watching Pepper's itchy little trigger finger, and the moment it moved the boy had turned outside and crossed over behind Pepper. "Please, if you would-" the boy stammered, coming to a dead stop as Peppers dropped from his bunnyhop and, with one fluent motion, grabbed the back of Pepper's collar with his left hand and swung the CS f** backwards to the ground. With his right hand the boy grabbed the stock of the shotgun and proceeded to wrench it sideways, intending to tear it from Pepper's grip or break the man's fingers in the attempt. "...I'm sorry if that hurt, it's just that I- what I mean is that- I would like to avoid any of this if we could... please..."

Peppers was dissapointed that his shot wouldn't hit, especially since shotguns spray, making him disbelieve what happened...although he probably shouldn't, cuz he pulls s**t like that over on people every day.
Once the shot failed, Peppers would turn around and face him, stopping the spinning. He would see the boy reach with his left hand, and would bring his shotgun back up. He would aim and fire yet again, specifically at the midsection. It would most likely be too low to duck, yet too high to jump without getting hit by some of the spray. Also, as it was an auto shotgun, the pellets would keep flying. He had a feeling that some of the spray was bound to hit the opponent, particularly at this close of a range, before he could grab any of the fabric on Pepper's shell. The aim of the onslaught was not to kill; rather, it was to effectively stop the boy from keeping up with Peppers, and slowing him down.
With the boy slowed down, Peppers would pull out a solitary shield symbol with three letters engraved on it...of course, it was too small for anyone else to see, and he certainly wouldn't reveal them.

I_Am_GK He would see the boy reach with his left hand, and would bring his shotgun back up. Angelo, reacting to this change of tactic, would abandon his attempt at grasping the opponent, himself, and quickly redirect his already raised hand to grab the barrel/stock of the shotgun while the boy took a quick step behind himself with his right foot. Altogether, the motion would turn his body so that his back was close to facing Peppers, but he would not only have grabbed the shotgun, but pushed the barrel away from him in the process of the turn. When the weapon fired, the barrel quickly heated up with the burning gasses, and it was painful to continue holding on; however, Angelo would endure it and proceed to attempt and rip the weapon away from the opponent.

This move would give Peppers a chance to do some damage. As his opponent had maintained a grip onto the shotgun, he would turn his whole body counterclockwise, taking the shotgun with him at full strength. If the grip was strong enough, the boy would be pulled along with Peppers. If this happened, the hacker would attempt to swing the weapon at such a fast pace that the boy would be flung against the wall they were still traveling by. He would then unload the rest of his 6 shells at the boy before reloading and pulling out the shield symbol...

I_Am_GK As his opponent had maintained a grip onto the shotgun, he would turn his whole body counterclockwise, taking the shotgun with him at full strength. If the grip was strong enough, the boy would be pulled along with Peppers. Peppers should have been able to maintain his grip, and Angelo was able to maintain his own, so that left only one logical result of this all... ...except that didn't happen. The boy did not budge an inch, even if Peppers were to throw all of his weight into swinging that shotgun around. Instead, the boy brought the barrel of the shotgun up and around, then stepped in with his right and smashed the side of his right forearm down upon the back of the weapon. Either this would tear the weapon from Peppers' grip finally, or it would break the barrel off of the weapon. "Sir, please... could we possibly- I mean, it would prevent so much trouble if we could only... a truce, maybe? I don't want to hurt you... please..."

This would be an interesting sight...as no player models in Counter-Strike ever get rid of their weapons once held, Peppers would do the same. This would lead to the gun barrel being broken...but that wasn't necessarily the end of the shotgun. Oh no. With part of the barrel broken off, there would still be part left to shoot from...a sawed-off shotgun, if you will. Normally, the shortened barrel would leave a disadvantage.
However, this wasn't a normal case. With a shorter barrel, the shots would be able to spread out more, effectively covering a little more of Angelo's area. However, he would only hold the shotgun with his right hand, and would fire at Angelo's midsection as it was only semi-auto. With the shorter barrel, Angelo would not be able to reach the barrel. And as they were moving at the same speed, Pepper's would react just as quickly as Angelo.
With the left hand holding the knife in secret, Peppers would begin to type into the numberpad on the C4 charge...

I_Am_GK This would lead to the gun barrel being broken...but that wasn't necessarily the end of the shotgun. Oh no. With part of the barrel broken off, there would still be part left to shoot from...a sawed-off shotgun, if you will. The barrel of a gun is commonly molded of one solid piece of steel, running from the stock, and including the chamber, all the way to the muzzle of the barrel. If the end of the barrel were unmoving, held in place by something, and the stock were held in an equally unyeilding manner, the result of a heavy force coming down upon the back of the barrel near the chamber would not cleanly snap off a portion of the barrel in any way; rather, either the barrel would horribly distort, warping and bending and then perhaps breaking after being distorted, or the barrel would detatch from the stock of the weapon, breaking the (much more fragile than the barrel itself) fastenings which hold together all of the moving parts in the action of the weapon and breaking off the barrel, chamber, and ejection port. The weapon would become unusable because at that point it would more or less be a stock with a trigger and a hole that cartridges pop out of. GK However, this wasn't a normal case. No, it wasn't. It was entirely possible that this pixelated menace had a convenient polygon break halfway down the barrel of his weapon that just happened to snap in some sort of catastrophic system crash, seeing as such a thing was not intended to happen in Counterstrike. 's really the narrator's call on this one. Scenario the 1st.GK With a shorter barrel, the shots would be able to spread out more, effectively covering a little more of Angelo's area. While Angelo was staring, stunned, for a moment at the piece of metal that had just cleanly come off of the opponent's theoretically solid barrel in his hand, Peppers would have had just enough time to swing the gun around a few inches and pull the trigger. Bam!The newly sawed-off shotgun blew a hole straight through- ...his shirt. The entire midsection of the shirt was blown apart like a wet kleenex, and the area of Angelo's midsection that was hit would be: In the event that the round was buckshot: Bits of buckshot had sunken into the skin and caused dozens of minor lacerations; the area began bleeding profusely for a brief moment, but after a few seconds there would be no more blood coming from the wounds. In the event that the round was pellets, there would be no immediate noticable change in the area, though a few seconds later red welts would appear all over where the pellets had struck, soon after turning black and blue as bruises tended to. Wasting almost no time, the boy would reply to this direct attack in a much more direct manner than he had in the entire fight up until this point: he would grab a firm hold upon Peppers' right shoulder and drag the man back again, while immediately afterwards using the piece of the barrel in his hand to club Peppers in the back of the head as if it were a sap; the intent clearly to knock him out. Scenario the 2nd.Crack!The wood/polymer base of the stock would splinter as the barrel tore straight off of the weapon and was tossed up, over the hundred foot wall surrounding them, and into the stands. The boy would stand with a firm composure for the first time, not really twitching or stressing as he had been; his breathing was erratic, it was clear that he was still a little panicked, but he was in control now. "I'll ask you again, one more time, to just walk away before you get hurt."

It was indeed as the co-narrator had said. Bending or breaking of the whole barrel was not intended, nor even CODED to happen in Counter-Strike. However, using a combination of a shotgun and a Nighthawk .50 Cal DE model, Peppers managed to prepare a model for a sawed-off shotgun.
He was shocked that the buckshot had barely done anything. He could see the blood dripping down, indicating an immediate hit on this fabulous 100 tick server. But, the mark never lasted. Then again, he thought, they don't last on CS. All you see is the blood decal, but no body wound.
By the time his opponent reached, the typing into the numpad had finished, and a near silent "beep" could be heard coming from Pepper's side, around the area of the aformentioned C4 charge. However, due to the color of his pants, it would be hard to notice, except for the few wires attached. However, they were small enough that it would be hard to see.
As Angelo would reach to Pepper's shoulder, he had hacked the console to allow the weapons do be displayed on the left hand. He would immediately switch to his .50 caliber Desert Eagle. Due to the closeness of the weapon to Angelo's arm, the crosshairs would fit completely into the arm. Brian would simply fire the gun twice at the arm to blow it away, then 1 at the head, then 1 at his gut. This attack was not for killing, but rather, for stopping power. The shots at the arm should've stopped his attempt, while the other shots would've stopped movement altogether. However, it was known that guns of .50 caliber bullets could kill pretty much every living creature alive in one shot. And due to the nature of the space between the shots, they'd be very hard, if not impossible to dodge, even for someone like Angelo. However, Peppers was not to sure. There could be other hackers.
The beeps would get louder and more frequent...
