*Sighing the new mother moved herself past the tall grassed that lay all along the Pride lands. Her dark orbs narrowed as she pressed on, in search of her old friend. It seemed like ages that she had pups within her, but now that they were born she felt so light and full of energy. She did look fit, and her coat was back to its old look. Tajwar trotted on, humming to herself softly.
She had five pups, five, that was four more then she wanted! With the thought of her offspring in mind she stopped and sat down, giving herself time to rest. Tajwar would always be this way, lovely, yet closed when it came to the world around her. This female had things she kept to herself, another side… another story.*

 Ses and his daughter were an intresting meet.
Now Usu was returning from the watering hole to his home when he spotted someone very familiar. Her coat made her stick out like a sore thumb.
Usu smiled happily, "Tajwar." the younged wolf made his way to the soon-to-be mother.

*With a soft sigh she looked over to her side and smiled, before moving up. He could tell from looking at her that she had given birth.*
“Usu, it’s been too long.”
*The female smiled faintly and sat back down. Inside Tajwar felt bad for hurting Usu like she did, but felt that he didn’t understand her well enough to care of her like she needed. With a light yawn she looked over to him and motioned for him to sit with her.*
“How have you been?”

"It's been a while, Taj. I just spoke with Ses just a moment ago. A little pup was following him around. Was she one of your's?"
he sat himself down next to the obviously tired female. She seemed exhausted, most likely from having the pups and having to raise them.
"I've been well. Somethings been going on here and there, but nothing I can't handle though." he said, staring beyond her shoulder. It has been strange, for some reason his feelings for her just wasn't there.

"Hah, Ses- and yes she is one of mine, witch one, I do not know. I have five pups now. My life feels complete- yet... I am still young at heart. Why do I feel this way, I wish I knew..."
*The female smiled softly to herself, relaxing her back. She didn't feel anything right now, maybe it was because of her birthing, or maybe she was just being null to protect herself. Tajwar could smell scents of others all over Usu's fur, the scents seemed over whelming.*
"I see you have made friends, that is good."
*Just as soon as she started speaking a tiny burst of energy pounced upon the female's back, nawing at her playfully. The pup looked a lot like Taj in coloring, but this pup's eyes were red. She sniffed her mother and licked her, moving to her front side the pup winded for attention. Stopping short the pup looked over at the gary male and wiggled over to him, rubbing her face into his pelt.*

The grey furred wolf smiled as he put his paw on the little pup's head. She was so small and cute, who could not smile at the little pup?
"Yeah...it's been quite eventful since we last met, Taj. It's been a long time and things happen." he gave a quick glace to his shoulder and back at the little pup. Usu laid himself down and nuzzled the little pup over with a small laugh. "Congradulations with the pups, Taj. I know they'll grow to be healthy."
Usu smirked, "Five, huh? Wow, Ses must be quite proud of himself." his attitude abrutly changed. "It sounds like you don't feel like this is right."
He nuzzled the little pup again, "So what is your name?" he asked with a smile masking himself, trying to change the mood the conversation was directing.

“Her name is Ali'ka.”
*Tajwar smiled, eyeing the two.*
“She is why I am here right now, why I need to speak with you.”
*The female nodded slightly, before moving on.*
“I am sorry if I seem down right now, I just have lost myself along this birth, you know?... nothing I can’t fix… someday.”
*Taj frowned and sighed.*
“But, Usu, I needed to ask- If something ever happened to me, I would like for you to be here for Ali’ka. She is my pick of the litter, and well, I would like you to look after if… if I did fall ill… or…”
*The female stopped. Usu must of understood what she was saying. Even if Tajwar didn’t say what was wrong, she got her point arcoss.*

Usu's ears swirled and then perked. What was Taj asking of him?
"Taj? Nothing will happen to you, I know that. You got Ses and the rest of your family." he spoke taking his attention off of Ali'ka. "But of course, I will take care of Ali'ka if....something should....." he didn't need to say anymore.
Trying to change the subject, Usu playfully pawed at the little pup. "So, how's Ses?" he asked vaguely, "Well, I mean since the pups. I'm sure he's on a short lease, right?" Usu giggled remembering that Ses was a womanizer.

“He loves his pups, and is the best father to them. He sure had changed, in a good way.”
*The female smiled and nodded lightly, eyeing over at her pup and Usu.*
“Look out Ali’ka, don’t hurt Usu now.”
*She laughed and looked out past the tall grass again. She messed Ses and his smart mouth, and needed him right now.*
*Ali'ka's tiny paws kicked up at her batted at Usu's face, wining playfully. She was so small, but like fire she seemed to flare all over with joy.*

Usu giggled as the little paws hit his muzzle. It wasn't too painful but it was playful.
"Well, he still treats me like the same way he always has. So I'm not so sure he's changed much." he said, playing with the little pup. "He really has changed since you've hooked him, right?"
Taj seemed to have....slowed down since the pregnancy. Her old motherly attitude that Usu was given before seemed distant....
"Tajwar....what happened to you...?"

“I wish I could tell you, Usu. I really wish I could.”
*With a faint smile the female moved herself over to the male and lifted up her playful pup by the scuff of her back neck; and with a soft jerk pulled her up and plopped her down, right in front of her mother.*
“I can’t let any one know, if I tell you, Ses will find out and you will hate me, you both will hate me.”
*As the female spoke she nuzzled her pup down, as if trying to get her to rest.*

"Now, what will I find out?" Came Ses' voice, always having the knack to shop up just at the *right* time. He was slipping through the grass, slow as hell. The cause? Three little pups that were asleep on his back. He'd gotten bored after Taj had gone off, given her a while, and then decided to come find her. He wasn't stupid enough to leave the kids at home, so he brought them along! Luckily Zaini had been awake, he didn't think four would fit properly on his back.

“Ses!”
*Jumping at his words the female eyed over at him; her black orbs fixing upon him with a soft frown. What the hell, was he trying to kill her? Tajwar eyed him and the pups that he had carried along with him, and with a soft mew the female wolf spoke.*
“... Such a good father.”
*Tajwar really was sick, it seemed. She was not acting like herself, not at all. Maybe this was the best time to tell Ses, maybe now she could just say it.*
“Ses...- before I found you, when I was very young… I had a sister that had pups, an older sister. I was too young to know any better… and one day one of the puppies got away from her and she sent me after it, to bring it back home...”
*The female stopped and eyed down at her sleeping offspring. Her eyes narrowed as she spoke again, softly.*
“A jackal got to the pup before I did and I couldn’t do a thing. I just ran off. She never forgave me… and then she took her family and left me.”
*She paused for a moment to find her words.*
“..I fear this, our puppies. What if something happens to them... what would I do?”

This was the reason why Taj was acting strangely? Was this the reason why she asked Usu to be the god-father? She was sort of in the same boat Usu had been in, both abandoned by their families and feared for their future.
"Taj, is this why you asked me to take care of Ali'ka?" he wanted to make sure instead of making false assumitions.
Usu, who was only slightly younger than Taj and Ses, looked over at the father and down to the little female he had met before. Waiting for a reaction. How will he take this?
"...Ses?"

Ses stopped in his tracks, slightly wincing at the frown and then heard her other words. What the hell was she trying to do, give him a heart attack? Though he supposed he'd almost done just that, showing up out of no where. After a moment he turned his head, getting the first pup off of his back and then the second, finally the last pup was down and he slowly sat, giving both the others a cocky grin.
Zaini giggled lightly and darted around ses, spotting Ali. She headed right for her sister, attempting to pounce.
Ses' grin slowly faded as he listened to his mates words. True, he didn't know a lot about Tajwar, but she knew even less about him. "Taj.." He spoke softly, and then eyes Usu. He wished that he wasn't there right this minute, but it couldnt be helped.
He scootched over just a little, licking her maw. "Aww, come on Taj. That was then, you were too young to know any better. Your sister should have thought about what would have happened if you'd tried to save her pup, she'd have lost you too.." He murmered. The words were true, but it didn't seem to matter. Taj's sister lost Taj by choice, abandoning her like that.
"If something happens to ours.." He was speaking very quiest right now, he wasn't so sure about showing this side to Usu. "Then you do whatever you can, and that is all." He murmered, frowning slightly. You could only do what you could do, and nothing more. So that would have to be accepted. Taj might or might not understand that, Ses did understand that.
