Everyone knows of Clerks, Mallrats, Jersey Girl, Dogma and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, but I see nothing on Vulgar. Why is it no one speaks of this movie? Is it just because no one has seen it? To those of you who have seen the little known 'Vulgar', discuss.

**points down the the thread entitled "Vulgar"**
It gets discussed... a lil... It's one of those movies you watch... then hardly ever speak of again... at least not to people who haven't seen it themselves. LOL!

Clerks, Mallrats, Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, And Jersey Girl were all directed and/or written by Kevin Smith. Vulgar was written or directed by him. He only stared in it. It was written and directed by Bryan Johnson. Kevin Smith has been in over twently movies, many of which he has had nothing to do with but be a star in it. That's probably the reason why it wasn't listed.

That's probably the reason why it wasn't listed. He only had a very tiny appearance in one scene of the movie. Brian O'Halloran starred in it. Kevin Smith was one of the executive producers on it along with Scott Mosier who was the executive producer on all of Smith's films. There is a story behind his involvement in this. I think he mentions it in his Evening with Kevin Smith DVD. It's a viewaskew production and many of the people who worked with Smith on his films also worked on this one in some way. It's not a movie that Smith wrote and directed but he still had a hand in it.

Watch Clerks again and you'll see Vulgar's first ever appearance.

Vulgar is a movie that you see, enjoy for how good it is but never talk about for how horrible the content is. I saw it and loved it, but Jay refuses to buy it because of what happened in it. I think he blocked it from his mind like a trumatic experience. ^_^
