From here: Aisha is pronounced eye-shah. Aishas is pronounced eye-shahs.

lol, i used to wonder that as well. but then there was a game on np for a while that had to do with saving the electronic aisha toys, and it would go :
"hi, i'm an Aisha, mrroooww!"
so the saying of "Aisha" has stuck in my head since then lol
