Hoshigakure Hidden Star Village:
------------------
Star Village itself is a very small village in Bear Country. Bear Country is completely surrounded by a giant trench filled with poisonous gas and is referred to as Hell's Ravine. Star village has a leader call Hoshikage. Although the star kage isn't widely recognized the people of the village of star one day seek to become the strongest village. They are attempting to reach strength through meditating in the presence of a purple meteor that is about the size of a soft ball. There is a division within the village because the meteor vastly strengthens chakra but shortens the lifespan of those who use its power.
Clans: Kujaku Clan
A clan that has quickly risen to exist within Hidden Star. Their abilities are vastly originated around chakra manipulation, although their lives are shortened by the effects of their manipulation and worship of the Purple Meteor. Almost every clan member possess a small shard of this meteor.

::Techinques::
To learn new technqiues, you must train under that person who previously already knew the technique. All hidden Star Techinques Require Kujaku Myohou Before Any other Techinque Can Be learned.-----------------------------------
Akahoshi
------------------
- Kujaku Myouhou (Mysterious Peacock Method)- is the only technique the villagers know. This is a chakra control technique that creates a large fan of purple ghost-like feathers made of chakra behind the user. Although this is their only technique that are many sub-technique that can be used after this technique has been activated. - 2000 Skill Points [n]
- Scatter - Controls the chakra of the Mysterious Peacock Methos in order to have the feathers lash out at an opponent or block from attacks such thrown kunai- 600 Skill Points [n]
- Heal - Can be used without activating Kyujaku Kyouhou. This technique creates a chakra bubble on the fingertip so that when the user touches someone hurt they will be healed by the users chakra. -900 Skill Points [n]
- All Around - The chakra feathers extend into a wolf like figure which swipes its paws all around the user in order to keep opponents or attacks away - 900 Skill Points [n]
Sumaru
------------------
- Fireball - The user manipulates the focused chakra of the feathers to become a large purple fireball and launches it toward an opponent - 800 Skill Points [n]
- Agony - The focused chakra becomes a large wolf-headed beam - 1000 Skill Points [n]
- Flight The Peacock - Feathers become dragonfly wings that allow the user to fly -800 [n]
- Choke - The chakra feathers are extended into chakra ropes that wrap around the opponents neck - 1000 Skill Points [n]
- Bind - This can be used without activating Mysterious Peacock Method. The user send several strings of chakra out of the palm to bind the opponent - 900 Skill Points [n]
Hokuto
---------------------------------
- Whip - This can be used without activating Mysterious Peacock Method. The user send the chakra out of the palm in the shape of a whip. -700 Skill Points [n]
- Kemono (Translates as Beast) - After activating Mysterious Peacock Method the user causes the feathers to extend and create what appears to be a wolf made of purple flames to bite and scratch- 900 Skill Points [n]
- Chakra Tracker - This enables the user to follow a chakra train to find a person. The user must first see the target use a technique. - 500 Skill Points [n]
- Control - After activating Mysterious Peacock Method the feathers become ropes that wrap around the target and allow body control-600 Skill Points [n]
- Absorbtion - After activating Mysterious Peacock Method if the users chakra comes into contact with a person the user can absorb their chakra 700 Skill Points[n]
- Meditation - A Ninjutsu technique used to gain strength in the midst of battle. Though somehow deemed tactless, the Kujaku clan member can actually enter a state of meditation, where their strength will increase rapidly for the two posts, for every one post of meditation. Meaning their overal physical strength, and their total chakra can increase times two, for every one post of meditation. These effects are not permanent. - 1000 Chakra[n]
- Purple Talons - A taijutsu technique used by the Kujaku clan. This technique allows for them to manipulate their chakra and cause their hands and feet to be covered in chakra. This chakra is not only capable of cutting through almost anything, it is also directly linked to their feathers. By making their feathers vanish, they can actually extend the reach of their talons by up to ten feet. But this prevents the use of any other technique in this village, until the reach returns to normal. - 1900 Chakra[t]
- Weight - A chakra control technique that is used by controlling the chakra in the feathers to cause the area in a 100 foot radius to feel like it's being weighed down five times more then usual. Hindering movement, and severely strengthening falling damages. This technique last for one post per activation. - 1500 Chakra[n]
- Suffocation - A chakra control technique that is used by controlling the chakra in the feathers to cause anyone within a 50 foot radius to feel as if the air was knocked from their lungs. Barriers and defenses that would prevent things from passing through them, much like water, would prevent this technique. - 1200 Chakra[n]
- Dragoon - A chakra control technique that creates a large purple dragon out of the Kujaku clan member's tails. This dragon will attempt to crush the opponent in it's jaws, or injute them with it's spiked tail or claws. - 1000 Chakra[n]
- Violet Egg - A chakra control technique that uses the clan member's feathers to encase them in a solid purple egg like shape. This protects them for one post from any incoming damage that may be inflicted upon them. - 2500 Chakra[n]
- Shard of the Meteorite - This allows for the Kujaku clan member to have a shard of the meteor on them at all times, greatly increasing their chakra strength in order for it to function as if they were a fourth stronger then they are. Thus their techniques will have the strength, without actually increasing their chakra.- 2000 Chakra
- Purple Hue - The most powerful technique that the Kujaku clan can come upon. This technique is only gained, upon the clan member reaching 75,000 chakra, and after meditation during battle. Once meditating, their eyes open to become a shining purple color, much like their feathers. With these eyes, the Kujaku clan member can create any and all techniques from Hidden Star, with only a simple thought. All jutsu techniques will also cost half as much, for the following five posts. - 3000 Chakra.

Kumo grinned as he stepped out of the docks. He continued to walk through the forested area, then paused as the land opened up before him, revealing a rather deep canyon in front of him. Down at the bottom, the air was full of large, ill-colored clouds here and there. "Poison gas....?" the spider-nin whispered softly to himself as he stared down into the seemingly endless pit, slightly amazed as well as confused. If there was such a large pit between here and the village...How exactly are you supposed to make it there. To caught up in his thoughts, he failed to notice a figure approaching behind him...

"That there, boy...Is Hell's Ravine," A voice called out from behind Kumo, causing the boy to jump then.
Slowly, Kumo turned to see a man clad in indigo and purple, his face stern and a Star symbol on his head band. "Ah...I see...But how am I supposed to get to the village...And another question, who are you?"
The man seemed to flinch then, expecting a more...Formal, greeting. "I am Akahoshi, the Kage of of the Star Village," he replied but seemed to grin then. "And how do you get to our village? Mainly our own villages can only do that...Because we use our own techniques to cross the gap."

Kumo snapped to attention then. If he knew he was dealing with the Hoshikage, he would've responded in a more polite matter, but it was to late for that now. He sighed, then glanced at the man. "Either way...My name is Kidoumaru Kumo, from Sound...I came looking for a new exotic technique to learn."
Akahoshi smiled. "Exotic? Our techniques? I like the sound of that..." he whispered faintly before glancing back at the spider-nin. "I suppose I'll share our village secrets with you...But then you must spread our power, proving that my village is truly strong!"

The Spider nin grinned then. "Well...What exactly is the technique?" he asked, raising a curious brow as he turned his gaze to examine the Hoshikage for several moments.
Akahoshi smiled. "See for yourself...But I wont be able to teach you until we get to the village. But I suppose showing it to you and helping you get to the other side of this trench wont hurt," he added with a smile before making a rather odd seal then as he closed his eyes, concentrating. "Kujaku Myouhou!" he roared as a ghostly violet aura formed behind him then, much like that of a giant peacock.

"Behold...The power of the Star Village!" The Akahoshi yelled in a rather proud tone as he opened his arms and the ghostly aura formed into wings then and he held his hand out the the spider nin then. "Now, I'll take you to the other side, and we'll continue this matter afterwards," he murmurred, holding his hand out to Kumo.
The spider nin hesitated at first, but nodded, taking the Hoshikage's hand, securing himself to the man as they started towards the trench. He took several moments to examine the endless pit before sighing once more.

The Hoshikage smiled, securing the boy to himself. "Hold on," he grunted and without warning, leapt off of the cliff, causing the spider nin to gasp in surprise. With another quick seal, the wings formed again and they simply seemed to glide in mid-air then. Akahoshi took several moments to skim through the trench before simply gliding over to the other side, setting the still surprised nin on the other side.
"You....Flew?!"
"Yes...And that, boy, is just a mere bit of what our Village's technique can do...And thus, gives us a right to be recognised by the main villages!"

Kumo simply nodded as he agreed with the man. Such a technique did desearve recognition...Even if this was one of the lesser villages in a backwater country. "Yes....YOu and your people do desearve recognition...Despite this lands....Circumstances...If your ninjas harness such a technique, it desearves respect."
"And to think...That old fool before me wanted to ban the training of our precious techniques, granted to us by the stars..." The Akahoshi mumbled as the two walked along the ravine, slowly making their way towards the village was was near a small crater off in the distance.

Kumo frowned, raising a brow as he heard this, then turned his gaze to look at the Hoshikage. "He wanted to ban the training....? Why?" he asked softly. Knowing the Kages, one wouldnt ban such a power if there wasnt a good reason to do so...Unless there was something more to all of this that the Akahoshi hadnt revealed yet.
Akahoshi scowled. "Because some of the weaker nins just couldnt handle the training!" he growled. "And a few pushed themselves to hard and died...Its not our fault they havent trained hard enough...Besides, the coot couldnt even prove that it was the Star's fault that those people died."

Kumo raised a brow then. "People...Died? Why? ...How?!"
Akahoshi sighed then. "You see, training under the star's power puts a huge strain on the body as the star's chakra easily overpowers our own, thus, taking in to much at one time can cause some harm to the body. Those who died...It was their own faults for pressing themselves to hard! Damn weaklings...Thats why only the strong desearve to earn such power, giving up their body in exchange...Why do you ask boy? Already chickening out of my training?"

Kumo flinched but shook his head as a grin spread across his face. "Of course not...Weaklings dont desearve such power," he replied sternly. True, he didnt really agree with what he was saying, yet he still wanted to learn the technique as the two approached the crater.
Akahoshi grinned then. "Exactly what I wish to hear! Unlike those other fools back at the village...There are those who wish to ban our precious training yet again, making us weak!" he shouted as the pair stopped at the edge of the crater and the man pointed down at a small building in its center. "There...Is where the star lies."

Kumo grinned as he stared down the building, slowly starting towards it, the Akahoshi leading the way. "So that building houses the star where all the training takes place?" he asked, glancing up at the man ahead as the pair slowly head towards the small, shrine-like dojo.
The Hoshikage nodded. "Correct...This is where all of our training takes place...Even I trained here once, and here my powers have reached their limit!" he yelled as he slid the door open, revealing a rather empty room. Yet in the center of it all, an altar sat, an on it, a small glowing orb. The star...

"Now...Do as I do," Akahosi grunted as he slid the door shut behind them then sat down in front of the shrine. Kumo sat down behind it, across of the Hoshikage. "Now...Make this seal," he whispered and made that unique seal again. "Its a specific type of handseal, unique only for this technique," he murmurred,
Kumo blinked, taking several moments to examinine the man's hands before bringing his own hands together to make a matching seal. He glanced up at the man then. "What now...?" he asked softly softly, his gaze wandering up to the star, seemingly mesmerized by its glow.
