I know that the manga is FAR beyond the show at this point. But becasue I'm not able to buy the manga very often (I havent in over a year crying ) can someone fill me in on whats going on and how long do you think it will be until the show catches up? I'm currently on ep.190 or so in subtitled.

Well, the show isn't even working on catching up. Its in fillers. gonk
You should download the manga, don't need to buy it >_> Forgot which chapter the Kakashi Gaiden started though. .___.;

narutocentral.com - has every chapter released so far. All you need is an account to download them, and it's all free! The downloads are also very fast.
There are rumors to when the fillers will end, coming from in the next two episodes to until the fall. They are doing the fillers because the anime series was catching up to the manga way too fast.

ok guus, frosty needs some more help.
I took your advice on laoding the manga over the net. but when I down load it I put it in my floder. when I click on it it asks me how I would like to open it, it then gives me about 100 different programes to open it with. with one do I pick? crying

The best programs to use (if you have them) is Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. If you have that program, use that to open it with.
If not, any photo program or paint shop program will work.

to late...I'm panicing. I cant find any program that will open it. does anyone know a site where you can (legaly) veiw the manga right in the explorer window?

www.narutosubs.com is a great site to check for the updated manga. it comes out real quick, and it's faster than the link i gave you. 3nodding
