My parents don't really force me too..but they push me for it...because getting an education is one of the most, if not the most, important thing to do at this stage

Nope, they just want me to do the best that I can do and know that I did the best that I did even if it's a C, but my boyfriend on the other hand want's me to get stright A's.

My parents like me getting good grades, and make sure I do all the work to get those grades. But usually it's pretty easy, so they don't really push me too much.

I don't think it's fair to say that's it's not fair that your parents want you to get straight A's. Of course they want you to; it's good for your future, etc. My parents push academics a lot, and my brother's GPA is like a 4.7/4.8 or something, so that adds a lot to pressure.
I get relatively good grades, usually all A's and 1 B. The B's always make me really mad because they're ususally B+'s. I loathe B+'s.

They were like that when I was a kid but now they accept b's too. Yokata ^_^; But I got used to having a's that I preffer a's lol So I mostly get a's anyway.

well um....my parents dont punish me, they just say they are disappointed in me.. stare and like say that i was being lazy...its stupid....hmmm

'Course they want me to get straight A's. Whenever I get C's or B's, they'll complain and lecture me about how they want me to be this or that. Then, they'll warn me about being a maid someday if I don't get my grades up. They'll never be satisfied until I'm on top. Even if I /do/ get straight A's, they want me to be the best one. u.u; Otherwise, they'll never stop complaining.
