How do you expect NaruHina to happen if it happens? xd
For example, it what situation will Hinata confess? Or maybe..er..how would Naruto start developing feelings for Hinata without it being to cheesy or cliche? Or to sum it all up, how will Kishi fit it into the Naruto series? heart

Because SasuSaku will become cannon and Naruto will be forced to realize his feelings for Hinata! Bwahahaha!
I think that she will tell him on her own how she feels. She'll maybe ask him to go on a walk with her. Then, she'll sun up the courage to tell him. <3 I really think that Naruto wouldn't mind. I think that he'd try and get to know her better, and slowly begins to develop feelings for her. <3

For some reason I always seem to imagine a serious situation like a fight where Hinata confesses. Or maybe because I love LOVE angsty moments and pairings *cough*SasuSaku*cough*. xd

I'm a sucker for angsty pairings, too. I can see that happening too. Naruto ends up going on some serious mission with Hinata's team, or Hinata's goes with Naruto's team.
Or a war. >>
And...
1.) Hinata get SERIOUSLY injured, so before she dies, she confesses...and she ends up not dying. She wakes up at the hospital, and BAM! He's right there by her side. <3
2.) Naruto gets SERIOUSLY injured, so Hinata panicks and is crying by him, and confesses. But he doesn't die, and he wakes up in the hospital, and she visits him, and he asks her if what she said was true, and she says yes, and Naruto says, "Thank you."
OMG. A NaruHina's very own 'Thank You' scene!

Gah, I wouldn't mind it happening in an angsty way, either~
I can imagine something like Iia said, though.
Edit: Iia, your second post made me squee. I would love if something similar to #2 happened.

I think that Naruto finally starts seeing Hinata as a person. Someone that he can talk to and share things with. Then, they get hooked up because the both like ramen!
