A red little puff had early this morning decided to go out on a walk, he hated just sitting in like Hime's stupid cat did he had heard that cats was lazy but that lazy? that was just sick. Maybe something more fun would happen if he went oustide..
It had newley rained so he pulled his tail closer to his red body he didn't like rain at all because he wasn't born in the summer season but sadly it rained pretty much at the summer anyway. Pheonix floated under a tree and looked around to look for something fun to do..

It so happened that on that same morning, Kei had run out of chocolate powder for her morning milk.
Now, Kei couldn't possibly survive without having chocolate powder in her milk (since she couldn't bear to ever drink plain milk because of the taste). So, that meant only one thing- she would have to go out to the shops and buy herself a new tin of chocolate powder.
And so, grumbling somewhat at having to venture out into the outside world so early in the morning (Kei was often grumpy in the mornings), Kei set off to the nearest shop that she knew of that sold her precious chocolate powder, with an onion peeking out of one pocket.
Er... it was actually a Wethkin, to be precise.

Keilyna's footsteps took her down a street that was lined with trees. Raindrops glistened off their glossy, green leaves in the early morning sunlight. It was all very peaceful and quiet, a sea of soothing, earthy greens and browns...
But, Zuri (the 'onion') was more observant than its guardian, and it noticed something different.
A splash of red colour floating underneath a tree only a few metres ahead.
"Weth...kin?" it blinked.
Curiosity drew it out of Kei's pocket and into the crisp, morning air as it floated over to investigate.

The red Wethkin was usually full off energy in the mornings compared to his owner Hime she was still sleeping when she left together with that cat. They liked to sleep those two, he sighed and leaned his little body against the tree..
Suddenly an apple fell down and swished by Pheonix body " Oh my god! that thing could have hit me " he Wethkin looked at the apple that now had hit the ground and rolled away from the tree in the wet grass..
Pheonix decided to let the feeling off being hit go and looked around again then what was that? he tought he saw something strange comming his way..

"Hey! Zuri, where are you going?"
Kei blinked rather belatedly at her Wethkin, which had already travelled half the distance between herself and Pheonix before she saw it.
Zuri bobbed excitedly up and down in the air as the other Wethkin came closer into focus, ignoring its guardian. It looked familiar, for some reason... Or, to be more precise, something felt familiar about it.
The equinox puff was suddenly reminded of an evening quite a while ago, in the Wethkin Headquarters... and toasted marshmallows and fire.
"Hello!" it chittered to Pheonix. "You remember Zoo-ree?"

Pheonix yawned with his little mouth a blow a smoke off puff at the tree maybe he should go back to bed just like Hime? but that was just boring. No there must be something else to do..
The puff turned around when suddenly someone spoke to him it sounded like a Wethkin but the voice felt familiar also " Ohhh Zore? umm...maybe? " he puff sounded confused where did he hear that voice before because he could not remember the other puffs face..
" Well you seem to remember me...so um where did we meet? "

"Toast-ed marsh-mallows!" Zuri babbled. "Toast-ed marsh-mallows and feather and K'anga! Egg!" it clarified, bouncing up and down more rapidly with growing excitement, translucent wings whirring in the air.
"At least, Zoo-ree think so..." The puff's voice trailed off with a soft note of uncertainty.
Kei caught up with the equinox puff.
"What are you doing? The shop isn't here- oh!"
Rather belatedly, the girl noticed Pheonix.
"Um, hello!" she greeted the puff brightly. "Nice morning, isn't it?"

Pheonix brain tried to remember...toasting marshmallows? he couldn't really remember that, hmm maybe it was from he was an egg maybe there was an event happening then? he looked at Zuri the weird onion Wethkin he rememberd that someone off the had been afraid off him..
" Where you the one being afraid off me? "
Pheonix turned around and looked at Zuri's owner the tought he recorgnized her voice too but he wasn't sure..
" Oh hallo! "

Zuri blinked, and thought hurriedly.
"Maybe scary egg," it admitted at last. "But not scary now! Fun! You have name now that not egg any more? Zoo-ree have name! Zoo-ree's name is Zoo-ree," the puff clarified- rather unnecessarily, Kei thought.
The girl had absolutely no idea about scary eggs or toasted marshmallows, being the forgetful person that she was. Though she did have to admit that there was something ever-so-vaguely familiar about the firey puff. She decided that any memory of scary eggs would have been conveniently forgotten by her brain, and toasted marshmallows pushed out of memory storage by Biology exam revision. Feeling too tired to be overly sociable that morning (though such an attitude was typical of Kei on all mornings), Kei decided to let Zuri have all the fun talking to the new puff whilst she tried to see what she could remember about mitosis.

Pheonix made a weird face when she said scary egg gonk he didn't wanna be scary at all because he ws usually the must nicest and social Wethkin ever well most Wethkins where but he always showed a bright side..
" I am glad i am not scary anymore..and i am Fee-nix!! "
He tired saying it in the way Zuri did it sounded more fun and easier to understand. Then he looked at Zuri's owner she seemed a little in her own world today maybe she couldn't remember him at all..
" So what are you 2 doing? "

"Fee...nix." Zuri tested out this new name. "Fee-nix!" it chittered delightedly. "Fee-nix not scary! Fee-nix play! Zoo-ree not doing anything but wanting to PLAY!"
The puff hovered excitedly in the air at the prospect of a game, the leaves on its stalk waving wildly about.
Kei blinked. They weren't meant to be playing, they were meant to be going to the supermarket to buy chocolate powder for her milk! But... at this rate, it didn't look as though she would be able to convince Zuri to go with her for some time. So she coughed slightly and said,
"If you two are planning on playing for a while, maybe I'll go to the supermarket to get my chocolate powder and come back for you after, Zuri. Unless you wanted to come..?"
"Zoo-ree want PLAY!"
Kei took that to mean 'no'.
"Alright, then... I'll see you soon! Don't forget to be careful of any ponds or fish tanks!" she called over her shoulder as she wandered off along the footpath.

Pheonix laughed a little when Zuri tried his name it wasn't that hard was it? he smiled we she said it right. Then he looked at Zuri demonstrating a game..
" Ok what kind off game you wanna play? "
Pheonix looked at Zuri's owner she didn't seem to pleasant about it but meeting new Wethkins was always fun maybe sh would approve anyway..
He waited for Keilyna's answer too..
" Yay! great then i take good care off her i promise !

Zuri paused as it thought.
"Zoo-ree not mind what game, as long as it FUN!" it chittered, bouncing enthusiastically up and down in the air.
The puff paused again.
"We could play... hide-and-seek! Or... play with ice cream? Or chasing! What does Fee-nix think?" Zuri zoomed an excited circle around Pheonix, then returned to its original spot in the air where it continued to hover excitedly.

Pheonix watched the other puff, she seemed to be full off energy maybe more then he had seen before but it was nice. He bite his lower lip when she mentioned the games..
" I LIKE all kinds off game but ice cream sounds scary...maybe tag is more fun? "
He gave her a big smile and wiggeld his firey tail. But Pheonix felt a little dizzy when Zuri circeld around him..

"Ice cream not scary!" Zuri protested. "Ice cream fun! And good to eat, too!"
The movement of Pheonix's fiery tail drew the equinox puff's attention, and an image of a cone covered with dripping mint and choc-chip ice cream suddenly materialised in its mind, seemingly from nowhere.
"Oh... maybe not ice cream then. Then we play TAG!" it agreed excitedly. "Pheonix IT!"
And then, Zuri shot up high into the air, wings whirring like two little pale green blurs!

Pheonix had a sweat-dropped face right now, ice cream and his firey nature didn't go hand in hand he liked something like hot newbaked cookies not cold and icy ice-cream.
" Heh well your element isn't fire like mine so me and ice-cream don't like eachoter "
He blinked and heard the word tag but his reactions wasn't that fast so he was the one that should chase Zuri for now..he made a little evil smirk and bursted off after Zuri he flotaed and tried to control his moves with his tail while moving through the air..
" I get you! you just wait "
