Done a few anti-war/anti-bush/anti-stupid/anti-hate/pro-choice/just-for-fun things. Having a "Show Bush the Door" party on 9/11. Fun stuff that'll be.
----- Show your support: If you're gonna vote for Kerry, drive with your lights on in the daytime; If you're voting for Bush, drive with them off at night! blaugh

Regretably, I have not. Hell, though, I live in Texas, THE Bush state. If I protested against Bush, I'm liable to get stoned to death by little old ladies! eek
Seriously though, TX is way too big on Bush, and I don't live in an area where that kinda stuff is ever organized.

I've been in two, both at my school. One was against cutting the music programs.
The other was when a guy named Fred Phelps got mad at us because our school is supposedly the number one school for gay people and magnet people. Anyway, we did the Laramie project, and our school is professional. I'm not bragging, we're actually listed with the shows on the Las Vegas Strip, and we charge 15$ a ticket and we still make money.
Anyway, enough of the blathering, Fred Phelps was in the Laramie project, and his family came to our school. There were like three of them protesting against "the gay fags that are going to hell," and like 300 anti protester protesters.
Neither of these have anything to do with Bush, but the second one was anti hate... sweatdrop

I recently went to a candlelight vigil in Philadelphia to lament the 1000+ fallen US soldiers in Iraq... I held a sign: "How Many More?"
It was very powerful. I stood out there for 45 minutes in complete silence, in the dark with my candle, and people driving by would honk in support... It was breathtaking in downtown Philly.
Not really a protest... but a silent statement.

Kinda like that... at the University of Vermont (where I went), on 4/20 we always have a fatastic smoke-up right on the main green of the college! I went to that twice... the first year, it was amazing... the 2nd year, the "MAN" tried to squelch it, so it wasn't as cool... but still, it was amazing to be a part of! LEGALIZE IT!
