Folklife is really fun. I go every year with parents or friends. It's fun to watch all the Greeners in the corner there, playing their drums and such. Very fun.
The food is great and the music is awesome.
Everyone should go at least once. Just to say you've been. 3nodding

I don't know if you would consider this a "Seattle Event", but I like the Sakura Con. I'm also planning on going to something called "Aki Matsuri" this weekend, but that's in Bellevue... I'd really like to go to the Bite of Seattle but haven't gotten a chance yet.

It was Bumbershoot, until yesterday. Yesterday was a bad day for Ruby.

Folklife is free, had good bands this year.

I don't know.....I used to think sea tac was part of seattle, and then three years ago I found out that I was wrong. so seattle events? Camp Fire USA used to have a sleep over at the science center, but that was the only event I've ever really been to in seattle. I've been trapped in my parents house for the last 19 years, only allowed to leave when they do.... kinda sad isn't it?

That sad part is that I thought you would be in the range of 12-14 from the looks of this post before I read 19.

So did everyone, apparently. People were lining up to get into the Ex-hall two hours before their set started. I got there an hour before, and the house was already full.
