Episode 109 is the episode where Sasuke leaves the village and Sakura confesses her true feelings to him for those of you who don't know. (I cried during that scene crying )

I truly love this episode. But, it can be interpreted in different ways from different views. Non-SasuSaku supporters see it as the end of SasuSaku since Sasuke basically rejected her (this I don't agree on) and SasuSaku-ers see it as Sasuke acknowledging her feelings and confirming that Sakura loves Sasuke.
Its seen and viewed differently. Damn I want to know whats going through Kishimoto-sans head. gonk

I agree with Cherrihana, it is viewed in different ways.
In MY opinion, I saw it as proof that SasuSaku is truely possible.
I didn't cry during that epsiode, nor in the manga chapter. However, I have cried over it. More than once. >> Just the entire idea makes me tear up sometimes.

Yeah, it can be viewed in MANY different ways -- nearly each and every little part can, in fact. But I personally think this episode just showed that Sasuke did acknowledge Sakura's feelings, and that her silly little crush was no more. Her feelings had evolved since she got to know him better.
This episode was among my favorites, and I'll be honest, I have yet to watch it all the way through and not cry. ._.;

One thing about the scene that is evident, however, is that Sasuke acknowledged Sakura's feelings and thanked her for it. That much I think fandom can at least agree on.

In the character data books I think Kishi said [about 109 or chapter 181] that Sasuke didn't know how to answer Sakura's feelings, and so he left her with words of gratitude instead of words of goodbye.
Even though he didn't answer her feelings, that made me happy xD

I read something about that also. In a translation I read, it said that Sasuke's "Thank you." were true words. That made me squeal in joy...just knowing that he really meant those words. <3

Yes, I cried also crying . It is quite impossible not to cry when your a SasuSaku adorer.
But, when I first saw it, I was like, "Omi gosh Sasuke! You just left poor Sakura like that!!". Then I watched it again, and i'm like, "Hes not an icecube anymore!"

Yes, it went all intense there~~ I was concentrating most ><" and when Sasuke said "Arigadou" (thank you) in the end, i think the creators are very well hinting that this relationship wont end and will continue on.. like it's end so fast! >< *NEVER* domokun
And to me, Sasusaku is the best couples so I dont think the story will end the relationship so abruptly and just leave off with it~ Well, Sasuke is Finally BACK!! And we'll soon to find out!!! XD

I had mixed feelings then too. I dislikes how he was leaving poor Sakura/knocked her out. But I thought it was sweet how his words 'thank you' were meaningful.

Yeah...the only episode that almost made me cry when people make music videos and sad songs together...based on only that episode...Like Heaven and that episode...I wanted to cry...O_OAnd that means something's wrong.
That was the point in which I hated Sasuke the most. His cold hearted personality has gone passed my limits of my control. HOW DARE HE REJECT SAKURA?!! scream I swear Sasuke...one day...you'll regret what you did to poor Sakura...
