I went to go see Sahara tonight (it was kinda fun) and there was a preview for HHGG, but it said that the movie was coming out May 6. I was under the impression that the release date had been moved up to April 29. What is going on? Am I switching back and forth between time lines or something or is the wierd loopy guy in the shack jsut playing games with me.

whee who knows? all i know is that i think it's really cool that it's coming out on the 29th because 29 has been my lucky numer since, oh, maybe third grade, or possibly second, so i think that's neat that it's coming out on a lucky number day. blaugh

calm down...the things being wrong is because folks wouldn't get it that they ar hitch hiking if they use a stick (damb asses) and the thing about the heads is that......how would you really put one in.....if you did it would be computer generated and look really fake and stupid. so its probably better that they left it out

If there's anything you should know it's that you don't mess with the fans. I've heard from a critic who is also a fan of the book that the movie is terrible. I'll go see it anyway but I'll be ranting on the way out. The two heads, with current technology, would look very real. I've seen a cg movie where I thought it was real actors for a while. Also, they can't just go changing things because stupid people might not get it, that's just not how things work.

I feel like pointing out that, if it isn't particularly funny, DNA did write alot of the (was it script or screenplay?) before he died.
