As Kail carefully, nibbled at the grass he glanced around warily at his surroundings. Although he considered himself very social around others, There were wayyy to much talk of breeding nowadays. Tired as he was, he didnt notice the company nearby.

As the sun fell beneath the clouds the sky darkened to a magnificent blue as it contrasted the emerald green grasses waving to the sky above. Pure canvas painted itself around the lemur mare as she walked silently. A simple swish of her tail back and forth highlighted the darker gray movement her own form made. Orange eyes gleaming caught sight of a new face to not far from her. Blinking she stared silently wondering if he'd say hello back to her if once she uttered a greeting.
Perhaps she would wait and see what he would do.

Kail had the strange sensation that he was being wtached.. Although he didnt feel any hostility. Turning around, It was a mare! "Why hello." He said warmly. "Do you always sneak up on people like that?" Chuckling, meaning it as a joke.
As his braided mane fell over his eyes, "Why not come over here? The moon is wonderful tonight." He invited. He hoped, that he didnt sound too friendly with her, that she would be annoyed. if that happened, his social skills were veery very bad.

Kimimela paused at his sudden introduction. No sense of resentment or hostility even remotely breathed from his words. Flicking her tail she spoke in a cherry tone hoping he'd understand her speech.
"Hello to you. Gorgeous is the moon yes." she whinied walking toward him, her eyes gleaming as they always did.
She watched him thoughtfully noticing that he was indeed a handsome silloutte beconing in the moonlight. With a smile she stood near him wondering what he would think or say now. There was always that strange reaction to her first speech that mingled into a lively converstaion.

"Indeed." As stars began to peek out from the sky. He noticed her speech was a little off though, although it didnt really matter to Kail. The dark sky made all the colors in the world seemed darker, "But this mare is really quite pretty." A little amused smile on his face.
As his tailed swished lightly from side to side, he nickered for the mare to come over. "What is such a a pretty mare like you doing in such a isolated area?" His eyes sparkling as they always did when he encountered new friends~

Twinkiling oh so bright the stars winked at her. An invitation to join him. She smiled shyly walking slowly till she was but near him. Her ears swiveled to catch every sound that escaped his throat. And handsome was simply a word that wasn't close enough to her thoughts on this gorgeous stallion.
"Kimimela I am. Kimi you may call me if you wish. Kimi was out on her own edxploring on such a wonderful night. " she nickered standing near him noticing the stripes that lined his coat. Looking upwards to the sky once more she swore to herself they were telling her to talk more with him. The blush that lined her cheeks of being called pretty made her giggle to herself.
"What Kimi call you... ask if I may?"

"You can call me Kail, Kimi." As Kail noticed her shy movements. Was she scared of him..? No. She seems to be enjoying herself. "Are you having fun exploring Kimi?" As he chuckled. Kimi was a cute nickname.
'Where do you come from Kimi? Where's your human companion?" As he tried to converse with Kimimela, but noticed some sort of hint of awkwardness in her voice. Glancing at the bright stars, he also saw that Kimi seeemed to be gazing at the stars with twinkling eyes. "She must really love the night-time." He noted. He couldnt blame her. That was when the skies truly showed their beauty.
"Is there anything wrong?' Kail asked worriedly but in a warm voice that he felt, gave him others the feeling that he could be trusted.

Kimi: The lemur mare was totally entranced of his interest in her. His motivation for conversation made her smile. She listened to his questions as they showed themselves in a formation she was comprehanding. With a nod of her head she responded as best she could wondering what he was thinking again.
"Exploring under mother moon Kimi is. Sing to the moon you do Kail? Mother moon loves sing and song with dance. Nice name Kail has" she whinnied dancing in place watching him closely as her orange eyes shimmered.
She listened even more with interest as she swayed back and forth under the shining stars. At first she frowned on his question but remembered Waya saying it was better to let go of the past. Her swaying never did cease though as her smile returned.
"Nothing wrong as Kimi is very happy. Sad things Kimi has in homeland. Many losses in tall trees and deep blue. Very far away." she remarked noticing how easy it was to talk about it now.
Her ears swiveled forward catching the word "human" though she wasn't known to them as much as Celendria was. "Seen them a few, but never that close to a human. Kail has a human?" she queried her eyes shining brillantly at him.

"Well. I dont exactly dance or sing under the moon as you call it. But i do like to admire the moon's beauty." As he chuckled, watching Kimimela sway. He had never heard a soquili talk the way, she had before. It was a little odd, and a tiny bit cute.
"Your homeland.. was destroyed..?" He murmered. Kail suddenly felt bad that he asked. "But your okay now.. right?" As he gave her an awkward smile.
"Do you want to head down to the river..? As he gestured below to the large river that flowed to the ocean. It's dark water shimmered underneath the moonlight and stars.

In the time of her life Kimi smiled vigorously thinking how wonderful it was to simply be at peace for a change. Her mind slipped now and then wondering about Glory and her whereabouts. Secrets lied between them which felt odd but it was to each her own where answers dwelled.
The lemur mare blinked at him with orange happy orbs radiating her contentment. "Yes Kimi is fine. Rain of evil skies took everything away. But Kimi is well since Kail is here with Kimi." she nodded with a flick of her striped tail.
The night was alive with flickering lights known as fireflies along with the moon's full gaze now. She felt at home once more. When the offering of a walk and a river was asked she delighted in the idea. "Kimi would like that very much." she agreed as she waited to walk with him. Pausing though she turned and looked in a deep query toward dark caramel coated stallion.
"Does Kimi sound strange to you? Kimi try so hard to talk like the others. Difficult."

"Evil Skies.. Could have been a major rainfall that caused a flood.." As he tried to think the possibilities of what an evil sky was.
Hearing Kimi's words, Kail felt a little surprised! A little jealous, she could say it easily as that. He chose his words carefully before speaking, in fear he would hurt the other's feelings with intentionally doing so.
"You shouldnt try to be someone your not.. If thats how you talk, than that's how it is." With a matter-of fact expression on his face. "But it does sound a little strange." He admitted, not wanting to lie to her. "But in reality, does anyone really care about how you sound? As long as you can communicate, Than there's no problem." He said agreeably.
As he slowly trotted through the forest, "The river isnt as far as it looks." As he took in the moist damp air around him. He made sure to keep his pace with Kimi, and it wasnt hard. She stood out with her white coat rather than kail whose dark coat blended in easily at night.

Kimimela felt a bit taken a back that she may of asked a stupid question. Somethings ate her though as one gnaws on a sugarcube or a fair bit of hay. Atleast he was rightfully honest that her speech was different but not much of a worry. She liked him she thought to herself with a giggle. He understood where she was coming from and what she felt. Something a soul couldn't comprehend from most creatures around them.
Trotting along with him her feathered braelets around her feet made a soft whooshing sound as her feathers danced in the wind. Her tail flicking back and forth with a little playfullness. This romp made her forget her lonliness and concentrate on the time she was now given.
The ground wasn't hard under her feet which was a complete change to the drying soil where they previously stood. The moon still shinied upon her as the stars winked back at her once more. She smiled watching him move along side her.
"River sounds nice to Kimi if Kail will stand there beside her. Kimi wants to tell Kail of tall trees and deep blue. Kimi homeland." she mused bobbing her head along as they continued along.

"I am interested in hearing about your homeland.. But wont you be sad talking about it?" As a concerned look came into his eyes. "Oh.. Forget what i said." He said suddenly.
Attempting to change the subject, "Woow." As he admired the feather accesories attached to Kimi. "Those look quite pretty on you." He commented.
While he was talking to Kimi, he noticed her smiling. "Hey! Your smiling! Anything you want to share with me?" As he grinned. He wasnt one to butt into someone's personal bussiness but he was curious to know the reason why she was smiling. Even if it was only a trivial thing.
As he was busy talking to Kimi, Kail noticed that they had arirved at the opening. "Theres the river.' As he nodded his head, his tail swayed from side to side. Trotting to the river, He invited Kimi for a drink. "The water's awesome. It's cold too." As he gave her a small smile, his hooves slightly wet from stepping on the wet shoreline of the river.

She trotted in after him the luminecent water shining around her own glowing coat. Cool refreshing water mingled around her hooves lightly splashing above her darkened hocks. Leaning downward she took a long drink pausing only to bring her head back up to gaze at him.
"Kimi don't mind talking about homeland now. Not bad as Kimi remembered. Good things over bad Kimi loved." she nodded as the remaining droplets of crystal fell to its origin below.
She watched him with a trivial thought as it played in her head. Without speaking she leaned down to the water once more. Using her muzzle as a device she quickle splashed water on him. Her eyes were that of a large overgrown filly remembering the fun she still had back in the jungle where she lived once. Either Kail would be extremely cross with her or initiate to return the favor she contemplated.
"Kimi got you Kail" she called out to him as her giggles echoed with her running down the bank of the river quite fast.

The way Kimi kept giggling and glancing at Kail was un-nerving. Normally, he'd tell the mare to stop but Kimi.. was different. Such a childish soquili in her own little ways. He didnt mind. A small hunch, but maybe her childish side was the one that helped her through rough times.
"You optimistic soquili." He remarked, meaning it as a sarcastic remark in a good way. "I suppose it's better if you--" Before Kail got splashed in the face with water. 'What the.. hell?" As he watched Kimi run away. As surprised look seeped into his eyes, he became neither cross or playful. He stared after her with amused expression.
He did love to run, but he held the urge to race her and trip her. Surely his legs were longer and he could run faster, Although Kimi ran very fast. Her white coat almost glowed within the moonlight and Kail could see Kimi from even far away while Kail was the opposite.
