First of all Bon Scott shall R.I.P.
Which one do you think is a better singer/ song writter.
((Do not use the fact that Back in Black was the #6 best selling album.))

I think they both have their strengths.
Bon helped get the band established, and is probably one of the most memorable frontmen in rock. Not to mention, I think he's a better lyricist than Brian.
Although, Brian helped get the band back on their feet after the loss of Bon, and has also established himself as a great frontman.
I think Bon was the better vocalist, but Brian seems to have more of a presence as a singer, it's weird to explain.
Also, it's hard to compare the 2 musically, as once Brian joined, the band became a lot more hard rock, and kind of strayed away from the music they'd written with Bon.
It's hard to compare, I do like Bon's stuff, but I tend to favour Brian because I like a lot of the music the band has made with him.

Always been a hardcore Bon Scott Fan. Lyrical genious, great voice. Johnson has his high points, but he can barely hold in Scott's footsteps. As for the musical thing, I always liked The Bon Era better 3nodding

I enjoy both of their works but have always been a bit mor of a Bon Scott fan myself. I prefer the earlier records like High Voltage and Let There Be Rock. blaugh
Of course though the chemistry between the band on the newer albums such as Stiff Upper Lip have been rather good, but just not like Bonnie. There was true electricity in the air with Bon Scott, not to dis Brian, he is awesome also. He can really wail! Literally.

I love Brian Johnson to death but still he shouldn't sing Bon's songs! I know. There Bon's songs, and should only be sung my him. He has his own songs, stick with them. ((Brian also doesn't sing them as well, but is great at his own ones.))

Saying Brian shouldn't sing Bon's songs is a bit retarded to me.
I mean, at concerts, you'll be waiting for all the classic AC/DC songs that were written/recorded by Bon, and what do you get?
Well.
You're going home without Let There Be Rock, Whole Lotta Rosie, HIGHWAY TO F'N HELL, Problem Child...yanno, all of the good songs you expect at an AC/DC song.
I mean, jeez, AC/DC actually do play their old songs at concerts, they're not like Metallica were until they realised their newer stuff is s**t.

I mean Brian's I great singer but he's not Bon just like Bon wasn't Brian.

I like Bon cause his voice fits better with the band i mean brian was a good singer his voice just didnt fit the bands music like bons does
