Well we survived the first year! lol Miss Karen-Sienna turned one back on the 3rd, however we just had her birthday party this weekend. I thought I'd share some of the fun with picture of the big day! We had a big luau, to celebrate her day it turned out really great.

This is a storyboard of her cake. We all managed to scare the bajebers out of her, on top of the fact that she seemed to be pretty freaked in general by having a flaming hunk of chocolate set in front of her ! xp
Later when no one was watching she happily dug into it.

I don't know who got the pic of Sasha Jared and Lissa but it's fantastic. Look at how Sasha and Lissa both like LOOKED at the camera!

I love the picture of her afterwards in the cake storyboard. "She's like, finally no onlookers, I shall devour you!"

Heee, and Kiersten has the Juice box I let her steal when Lissa didn't want it. Girl kept binky jacking me! I'd go to get the pacifier and it'd be somewhere in the yard...or you know in her mouth. heheh.

I also noticed (later in retrospect) how Alex got to wear the full crazy Luau outfit but you got away with just a lei. hehehehehe.


And Finally that super sweet corn was so good I bought some to go with Veggiburgers this week for dinner!

yeah that corn was good even though I didn't get any until the next day.

Also I had wanted to be more festive, but I couldn't find anything tasteful that fit right. So I figure the lei would be good enough.

I'm a little late, but I had to comment anyway.
First of all, she is precious! Her birthday chair and crown just top it all off, too.
Your pictures are wonderful. I rarely see such clear, bright and beautiful pictures. Envious is Kal. That was quite a birthday celebration. The whole theme is just adorable.
Happy belated birthday to Sienna and thank you for sharing her special day with us. ^.^
