go to your profile or one of your posts, right click your avatar, and click "Save Image As" and take note of the number it tryes to save it as. you dont have to save it.
then copy the code below, and replace the XX with the numbers. this way it will always show your current avatar

You don't need to save it to your desktop and reload it every time. Find your avatar in your profile or next to a post. Left click it (or the equivalent for mac users) and click properties (it should be at the bottom). There should be a url like the example given at the top, copy it and put it in image tags in this thread.
