okay, before you post your profile i would like to welcome you to Kumogakure and make some things sure:
-1st- have you asked permission to the Raikage (current one: Gaara2000) to join Umigakure, if not, do that first, or you risk to be banned from the guild, also, do this in a PM and do not ask in the middle of the RP, it will damage your chances to be accepted into umigakure
-2nd- have you read the batlle system 4.0 topic in the main forum? if not, do that first
-3rd- if you have questions, pm Gaara2000 or me, but ask specific questions, questions like: "i don't get the battle system" will be ignored, state what you don't understand, it makes it a lot easier for us

Tsurugi's great-grandfather migrated from kirigakure to umigakure with his family, where tsurugi now lives with his parents, younger brother, Jikan Yoroi, his grandparents from fathers side, and cousin, Jikan Hanabi.
his twin sister, Jikan Mai, died on a mission with her two brothers 1 year ago, Tsurugi and Yoroi had a hard time dealing with her death, as well as Hanabi, who suffered the most, since she saw Mai as some sort of mother figure.
Tsurugi graduated at the academy on age of 11 together with his sister Mai, and graduated to chuunin at age 13, his sister graduated one examm before him
while participated in three exams, he gave up in his last matches of the first two exams out of fear for the opponents, wich was not misplaced, because his would-be oponents murdered his replacements burutally
when 15, Tsurugi advanced to special Jounin, because of his knowledge of ancient Aylied lore, and his high medical skills, when 16 he advanced to jounin sensei, and after teaching two squads of genin, he made it into the ANBU at age 18,
Mai became an ANBU at age 17 , after teaching one squad of genin.
now, on his 19th year, he is an ANBU captain, assigned to another genin squad, and he hopes his student, Pearl Shade, will make it into the ANBU one day, so he may fight alongside his student as an equal, wich never happened before, since his former students are all dead or missing-nins

Physical Description: A normal sized person not really big but not small either. Gives off the impression of strength.
Background: (summary of village history) after the war against Mist and Konoha Kyo's father left Konoha and helped rebuild the village of Umigakure as Raikage. When he died Kyo took his lead and took over the village to rule as a fair leader. (family history) Kyo's family lived in Konoha for years before the war and legends say that some of them were even close subordinates to the great Aburame clan leader Shino.

-Ninjutsu-
1) Kawarimi no jutsu (Body Replacement Jutsu)- A basic skill involving quickly switching the body with another plant, animal or inanimate object. This is used to confuse the opponent momentarily and create an opportunity to attack or possibly escape.
2) Doton: Shinju Zanshu no Jutsu (Earth Release: Inner Decapitation Technique)- The user, emerging from the ground below the target, pulls down (or swaps places with) the target so that only the target's head is above ground, or come up from the ground and attacks the target, or opponment.
3) Doton: Retsudotensho (Earth Release: Split Earth Turn Around Palm)- Retsudotenshō is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. This technique allows the ninja to control nearby stone and rock. When the ninja forms the needed handseals and slams their palm to the ground, surrounding rock will begin to churn and twist up crushing all those trapped within it.
4) Futon: Daitoppa (Wind Release: Great Breakthrough)- The user blows out a powerful blast of wind, which can easily level a large area.
5) Joro Senbon (It's Raining Needles From Heaven)- A barrage of thousands of needles fly at the enemy from sockets of umbrellas that have been flung into the air. They come at the enemy at high speeds from all directions and are controlled by chakra to increase accuracy, making them impossible to escape from. These needles are known to have the power to pierce through more than five millimeters of steel.
6) Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu (Haze Clone Technique)- At first glance, it looks like an ordinary Bunshin no Jutsu, but Oboro Bunshin really lures the enemy into a clever trap. Thousands of Oboro Bunshin appear to confuse the enemy. These Bunshin have no substance, thus attacking them will only make the enemy go right through them, without making the Bunshin disappear. However, using this jutsu together with Doton: Dochū Eigyo no Jutsu (Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish) will set the trap in motion. The user will hide in the ground and carefully time his attacks with those of the Bunshin, making the enemy think that the Bunshin have a real body. Because of this confusion, the enemy can be easily defeated.
7) Doton: Dochū Eigyo no Jutsu (Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish)- Using the Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu (Haze Clone Technique), the user use the clones to confuse their enemies and then hide within the earth. However, when using this jutsu together with the Oboro Bunshin, the actual ninja can then attack their target from the ground, amidst the confusion.
-Genjutsu-
1) Bunshin No Jutsu (Clone Jutsu)- creates a clone of the user, which can be used to create a diversion or cause confusion.
2) Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)- the user assumes the appearance of another person, an animal or even any object.
3) Kasumi Jusha no Jutsu (Mist Servant Technique)- The user creates a large amount of clones that phase in and out of the ground as if they were made of blackish oil-like liquid. The user can then hide the projectiles they throw within the illusory ones that the clones throw at their opponents.
4) Kori Shinchu no Jutsu (Sly Mind Affect Technique)- Kori Shinchū no Jutsu is a Genjutsu which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically because they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over.
-Taijutsu-
1) Dainamikku-Entori (Dynamic Entry)- Nothing more than a flying jump kick straight to the face. Used as an opening attack.
2) Kage Buyo (Shadow of the Dancing Leaf)- While the target is airborne, the user jumps in such a way as to appear below the target while following a similar trajectory through the air. Since the victim is airborne, he is in a vulnerable position to a more damaging attacks.

Clan/Bloodline: Arashi clan. Seihyo is apart of the Arashi clan, she's a branched off member who is not a direct descendant but still possesses dangerous talent. The Arashi clan also possess a Kekkei Genkai of deadly power. It is known as the Desujigen or Kokorosakuretsu (Death Dimension or Mind Explosion). This kinjutsu requires adament focus, training, and absolute chakra control, lest the user accidentally set this ability upon oneself. Results of this kiinjutsu are, at first, minor, causing little to no damage. This fuuinjutsu, at first is only irritable and may cause headaches. However, this fuuinjutsu, in time, becomes very deadly. This fuuinjutsu is capable of crushing or bursting one's mind, therefore it's reason for being forbidden.

Mostly, the Arashi do not manipulate the ringing to leave the mind and most are unable to, but some are able and do move the sound through the body's circulatory system, or their chakra stream. Background: No one truly knows anything for sure about Seihyo but for the fact that she is dangerous and is highly ranked.
After she Left her Clan
Seihyo was not originally from Kumogakure, she just awkwardly appeared one day and never left. She was a quiet yet adament child who insisted upon becoming a shinobi. There was a class for peewee students who were still too young to become academy students that was held by a chuunin. Seihyo dazzled the chuunin with her advanced capabilities and knowledge and was recommended by the chuunin to start the academy early. The chuunin personally saw to it that Seihyo was enroled within the academy.
She also dashed through the academy with flying colors, being promoted to a genin before her classmates. As a genin, Seihyo also excelled, making her two team mates feel somewhat futile and worthless - she even out-classed her jounin sensei. Seihyo's sensei did not hesitate to enter Seihyo in the chuunin exams, though Seihyo was only six years of age. Seihyo got her team through the many co-op challenges and never needed asisstance from her peers. She was promoted to a chuunin by the end of the exams.
As opposed to asissting in the academy with students and such, Seihyo did an incredible ammount of mission work. She completed her missions swiftly and without flaw for two years, earning her the rank of a jounin. As a jounin, she pressed on with her mission work for five years, aquiring the ranks of special jounin and ANBU, until she became a hunter nin.
Seihyo's now been a hunter nin for two years, still continuing to excell at her work. Though she's not known by many personally, many recognize her name for it is highly thought of.
Personality: Seihyo is very mysterious as well as knowledgable and skilled. Though she seems quite immature for such a high rank of importance, she is actually very capable at what she does - sometimes doing missions with ease. Sometimes she takes her tasks too seriously, she always puts her mission before herself. Seihyo was so insanely talented she became a hunter nin at the age of 13. She also tends to be on the quiet and avoidant side, not liking it if people invade her space. Seihyo is quite anti-social and is almost always off performing and completeing missions - she often only speaks with people if it involves gathering information on someone or getting to know more about the person. The last thing about her is that she absolutely hates to fail and is very hard on herself.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique): Henge no Jutsu permits the user to disquise themself as an enemy shinobi, adding the effect of confusion and tipping the advantage toward the user in most scenarios.
Kawarimi no Justu (Body Switch Technique): This allows the user to create a substitute of their body. The shinobi quickly grabs an object, and transforms it into a decoy of themself. This technique can prove very useful for it is great for devising unexpected counter-attacks.
Bushin no Justsu (Clone technique): This jutsu allows the performer to create multiple copies of themself though they can only serve as a distraction for they disappear if touched.
Kirigakure no Jutsu
A Ninjutsu technique that covers the area surrounding the ninja using it completely in mist. Perfect for silent killing, since there's practically no visibility within the area of this jutsu.
On'in jouyo no jutsu (Sound Tranfer Jutsu)
This Jutsu is exclusive to the Arashi clan. Many are still unable to learn it. This jutsu allows the user to manipulate sound and send it to someone else over a certain distance.

Kishibari no Jutsu: A Genjutsu technique where the ninja appears to vanish before their opponent's eyes, and then induces the idea that they have been caught and bound from behind by a large tree, which the ninja then emerges from for a swift kill.
-Taijutsu-
Harisuzu: A Taijutsu technique where the attacker attaches bells to needles to mislead the enemy into reacting to sound instead of movement. In this way, one or many needles with bells can be thrown, quickly followed by regular needles that would catch the opponent off guard.
Houshou: A Taijutsu technique where the ninja palm strikes their enemy, hurling them away. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating.

Level one- A mere irritable ringing that may cause a headache.

Level five- This ringing is so powerful that, if applied correctly, can knock out or incapacitate the victim.
Level six- It is so amplified that it brings victims to the brink of dieing and they have likely either blacked out or become completely shut out from true reality. Parts of the mind/brain begin to shut down. If the victim does not die, they will likely suffer permanent damage.
Level seven- The ringing is amplified to the extreme and the mind finally bursts from the constant ringing - likely instantly killing the victim.
(The bolded levels are the ones the Arashi is capable of performing.)
Note: Naturally there is a downside to using these kinjutsus. They drain the user's chakra to the lowest level that it can possibly be drained to and causes the user to become very disoriented.

Shade Clan: The Shade Clan was originally from the Hidden Village of the Mist. This clan�s specialty is stealth. This is a small clan that has only a handful of members, that usually make their way to become ANBU or Hunter-nins ,so most don�t even know who is even in this clan. They raise their young to be secretive and very stealthy but always loyal. Meaning to get the information needed they can and will be anything from a seducing presence to a friendly face. They are very skilled at performing illusions and seeing through them. Though they are not very skilled at Taijutsu, their main blood line limits is: (There are more then one)
Jurini,Titian No Jutsu: This is the hardest jutsu of the Shade Clan to preform. This jutsu lets the user become a new person. Meaning they can become a human being that has not been born. This is not immortality though because even though you become a new person, if you die in that form, you die. Everything from personality to appearance changes , this jutsu is very hard to learn and most Shade Clan members learn it when they have matured. Plus, if you change into a stoubborn person, they may just not let you go back to your original state... (My Character does not know this Jutsu)

Her hair band is pink, so you cannot see it for it blends into her hair.

Clothing (From foot to head) Pearl wears blacks boots that do not have any heels, these boots go to her knees. They are made from a durable and stretchable fabric. Over the plain black boots is black lace that wraps around the whole boot. The lace is diamond printed, the blackness of the lace is a more pure black then her boots which makes them noticeable. Over her right boot where her ankle would be is her headband. On her left leg she wears fish net stockings that go from her knee to under her garment. On her right thigh she has her shuriken/kunai (other supplies) bag. From her lower collarbone to her thigh thin pink ribbon is wrapped around her body tightly, it looks much like a strapless dress except it doesn�t move. The ribbon is durable, strong and stretchable so she can run. Over the pink ribbon is a very expensive lace that wraps over the pink ribbon. The lace is designed in a web pattern. It is slightly longer than the pink ribbon. Again it is durable, strong, and stretchable. On her left hand she wears a thick black glove that goes to her elbow, it does cover her fingers. On her right hand she wears a pink glove that goes to her wrist, it does not cover her fingers. On her face she wears the same pink ribbon/ lace design. On her neck is a white lace choker, it has a Black Pearl in the center. Over her eyes, yes she can see, but it makes it almost impossible for others to see her expression from her eyes.
Physical Description: Pearl has medium colored skin, not light, but not too dark. She is one of those lucky people who looks like she has a tan all the time. But luckily she doesn't or her skin would be too dark. She is a very fit person even though at first glance you would think she has no muscles at all. When noticing the stretchable fabrics you can tell she is built for speed.
Background: 14 years ago on August 9th Pearl Black Shade was born in the Hidden Village of the Mist, she was like every other child growing up, she had those dreams that would never come true, she played games, and she wasn�t serious. When she was three years old the Shade Clan moved to the Hidden Village of the Clouds for unknown reasons. Her parents did not want to leave the Hidden Village of the Mist but they wanted their daughter to leave with the clan and be happy, so they gave their daughter away to another Clan member. She never knew who her real parents were but her new mother wanted her to become a strong ninja, so her easygoing life became a sudden tragedy. She was trained hard every day from dawn until she fainted from exhaustion. Her step-mother� died when Pearl was only seven. Pearl kept training hard, she joined the academy and tried her best to succeed in everything she tried. When she was 10 years old she received a letter saying her real parents had died, both her mother and father only had one sentence on their will. Give our daughter, that necklace�. Inside the envelope was a lace choker, in the center, a Black Pearl. She wears it everyday, wondering about her family.
Personality: Pearl is very secretive, she keeps much about her a secret to most. Even though she is very secretive she is very easy to get along with, especially since she hardly ever argues, especially with leaders. By heart she is a very outgoing so it is very easy to talk to her, and she can start conversations easily. She is not a shy person, but nor is she a very talkative person. But all around she is a nice person to most. If she doesn�t like you, she will not hesitate to show it some way or another. But when it comes down to business she doesn�t argue with anyone.
Other: You could say Pearl has a dream, a dream that she wishes would come true. But it is up to her weather or not it comes true. Her dream is to make it into ANBU and be a spy, she loves to find information and she loves the process. And for her life she wants to do something she loves. Even though her clan is wrapped around stealth and such she wants to become a spy, she doesn�t feel like it is forced upon her like most in the Shade Clan.

Physical Description: Although Onu Nara is a average height person although rather thin but although they look thin they still have a fair bit of strength but mainly relies on his speed which comes from his weight and shape, one destingiusiton fearture is a scar on his face that goes from above his right eye across his nose and below the left which he trys to hide
Background: Onu Nara does no remember much of his past due to the fact that as a young age his parents abandond him and his sister and left them to fend for themselves on te streets, a few years ago both Onu and his sister where attack on there way to a inn by some rouge ninjas, During the fighting Onus sister was killed and Onu was beated within a inch of his life untill a Ninja from the hidden village in the clouds saw what was happening and came to there aid at thsi the rouges feld, since then Onu has swore to get revenge so trains to be the best ninja he can be
Personality: Quite, Alone becasue of his past has trouble belive in other and had a very bit issus beliving people will leave him so has learnt to fend for himself (there sort of student who sit in the coner by themselves and although does not answer questions does know the answers, and can do most teh skill straight off)
