Hello and welcome to the fun that is BESM!!So what is BESM or Big Eyes Small Mouth, you may be saying? Well according to Wikipedia Big Eyes, Small Mouth is a roleplaying game that was designed to simulate the action of anime and manga. It is frequently referred to by the acronym "BESM". The title is a joking reference to the common anime drawing style of characters with huge, expressive eyes.
BESM uses a variation on the point-based character creation system found in the HERO System and GURPS. Characters are evaluated based on three "Stats", against which all action checks are made. These are supplemented by Attributes, which give the characters unique abilities.To me, BESM is anime Dungeons and Dragons. It is more towards the d20 version that this extends but yes, I see it this way.

Ok mrgreen I guess I'll start.
My name is Ash, but everyone calls me Blood, BloodOnWhitePetals, or BOWP... I am 17 and have been loving RPGs for as long as I can remember. I'm not too picky about systems and genres, though I do have my favorites like everyone else. I am also really bad at writing introductions... even though I have no problem rambling on for hours about RPGing. I currently run an untold number of RPGs spread thinly across the Gaia Guild Network, most are D&D, but there's a few others.
Oh, and I am a girl wink

I'm Ruri. I've been playing RPGs since early 2000. I've quickly adapted to any system that comes my way, though I rarely show interest in it the moment it comes to me. I like writing, but suck at it. I like video games, yet have never fully completed one, and I liek drawing, even though the only thing I can do right is stick figures.

Well, the screen name is Roundtable, most commonly shortened to RT, but also known to be Round, or Table. Do not worry if I refer to a Brett because it's me.
I've been Role-Playing (Mainly 2nd Ed D&D) and playing CCG's (Mainly Magic: the Gathering) since I was about 10, so a decade now. Currently on Gaia I'm in one RP, the Tarot Story.
Currently Playing: EVE Online and MTGO, as well as FF Crystal Chronicles since I just bought a cheap Gamecube.

My screen name is Sylvanes. Of course, you can call me Jon if you really want to. I am 17 years old and am proud to say that have played everything from tabletop RPG's to MMORPG's. D&D, World of Warcraft, Everquest, Mapple Story. I've played those and them some. I've played Magic the Gathering, Yugioh, D&D mini's, and a few other Miniture and Card games as well. Writting and drawing are my hobbies, other than playing any game I can get my hands on, and I am currently trying to improve both. And most importantly, I am a otaku. Watching Anime and reading Manga is what I do.

I am Banshi and I will be your resident Zoids Master for today. ^_^
I've been playing RPGs for at least ten years and I'm very much obsessed with anime. I know the D&D, AD&D, White Wolf, Deadlands, Star Wars, Marvel, 7th Sea, and of course BESM systems inside and out. I've also been known to jump in a game of Paranoia from time to time and I love to play Magic: The Gathering. As far as White Wolf goes I prefer Vampires to the Changng Breeds, Mages, Mummies, and other assorted lotthat live in that dark little world. I've been working on a Zoids game for BESM for a long time now and it's great that I now have a place to see it come alive. ^_^

I'm Goober. I'm 18, and a game designer. I'm a self-declared master of all things d20, an expert at BESM Tri-Stat, and at least proficient in the d10 Storyteller system, as well as a few others. I'm working on my own d% system. I also play a lot of video games, especially RPGs, and I'm trying to build a mod for StarCraft. I watch a lot of anime, and write a bit. Yeah, you do need to update it. Badly. It has outdated versions of your rules, and none of your BESM stuff.
