Hey! How many of The Cure fans have listened to The Pixies?

I love The Pixies. Sadly I am a new fan, I got into them when Placebo did a cover of Where Is My Mind in 2003. I was really pleased when they reformed, cuz it meant I would get to see them perform. I hope to see them play at Reading Festival. I only own Wave of Mutilation - their best of. My favourite track is Velouria...funnily enough hehe.

I'm a fan of the Pixies too. Saw 'em live back in Sept. My best friend introduced me to 'em...the Pixies are his favorite band ever, haha... so I surprised him with the tickets then. 3nodding
Great band. I love Kim Deal, hehe. They have a wide range of wonderful songs. "Holiday Song", "Break My Body", "Monkey Gone to Heaven", "Where is My Mind?", "Debaser", "River Euphrates", "Dig for Fire", "Gigantic", etc...

I love The Pixies. My best friend is hardcore into them, and we devised a plan last summer to see them at Lollapalooza. Best thing we've ever done. ^___^
My personal favorite is Velouria, with Mr. Grieves or Debaser coming it at a close second. I looked up the meaning to Debaser's lyrics, and found out about Un Chien Andalou, and fell in love with that film.
