Is Safer Sephiroth supposed to be like the one winged angel spirit of the Sephiroth that Cloud killed in the flashbacks?

As Strawberrie is not here at the moment, I will answer.
Sephiroth was NOT killed by Cloud five years Before Game. He was thrown into the Mako in the reactor which led to the lifestream, which led to the place where the lifestream was going to: the crater. Sephiroth's plan was to injure the planet and absorb the lifestream that the planet sent to heal it. Safer Sephiroth (A mistranslation of Seraph Sephiroth) is what Sephiroth became after Hojo gave him a blast from Sister Ray. Hojo did a lot of research on mako and it's effects on humanoids, as shown in Cloud's flashback. As for the Bizarro -> Seraph, I do not know. My guess is that in his Bizarro form, Sephiroth was still an unstable organism, while Seraph Sephiroth was what he became when he finally stabilized. Strawberrie, if you read this, feel free to input. Same goes for anyone else. Peace out.

So it was the Sephiroth from 5 years before the game. Its been itching me for a while.

Sephiroth was sealed away, until JENOVA controlled Cloud to give Sephiroth the Black Materia. Sephiroth was in The Crater for ages with JENOVA's head, which regrew. JENOVA SYNTHESIS is JENOVA regrown.

1. Sephiroth was never killed in Reactor 12 by Cloud.
2. Birth of a God is the music that plays during the Bizzaro Sephiroth fight. And for good reason, that form is his I suppose you can say, Jenovan form, basically he used Jenova to achieve his Godform, but because Jenova and Sephiroth combined didnt really make a stable union, the result was that mass of hideousness you get that is Bizzaro Sephiroth.
3. One Winged Angel is the music that plays after you defeat Bizzaro Sephiroth, and Sephiroth becomes Safer Sephiroth. Safer Sephiroth is basically Sephiroth in a near God state, but hes still not complete, Jenova's influence on his physical being no longer exists, but he hasn't yet reached being a god completely, hes only half and angel, or an angel with only one wing.
