I don't know about everyone else but I hate the design of him, it just looks nothing like him =(

It's horrible. I like the old one. The new one just looks... not like him.

making him that diffrent makes hin a brand new dog and that means that he is not K9 but K9 mok 5, but the question is what happend to the new modle of K-9 that sara got? it would mean that somthing happend to it and he got replaced by a new modle again.

Nope, just means there is going to be one more K-9 trundling (or hovering) around. Leela's K-9 & Romana's K-9 & Sarah Jane's K-9 are all around without the others having been destroyed. The Doctor normally makes 'em as gifts, not to replace destroyed ones.

I have to say I think it will turn out to be absolutely awful. K-9 looks horrendous and the fact that Jetix will be helping to create it doesn't boost my confidence any. The only good thing is that since it's not being made by the BBC it won't become part of the official canon.

I'm sure this will be showing on the Disney Channel(s) as well as the ABC Family Channel & ABC itself....trying to siphon off some off the profit from the new Who popularity. Disney can't stand it if somebody makes something popular in entertainment other than themselves. They think they have to either buy it out or copy it.

I prefer the old K-9. but since this isn't going to be made by BBC, we can treat it as not being part of the actual Doctor Who..but reather someone's strange, twisted spoof. 3nodding

On the plus side of selling-out it means they might have some more money to spend on the actual series - thus making it even better! xd
Ok so that's the best thing I can think of in regards to this spin-off... Please let them not make a cat-version of K-9 to be his sidekick.. or perhaps mortal enemy... that would be... too much...

Uggggggggggh. The mere thought of anyone tarnishing K-9's image like that just makes me shudder. Imagine if it ended up with a similar sort of plot to Sonic X? *Cringes further*
