But I think that the convention lobby would probably be pretty standard. Or outside the Gaia panel.

Actually I wasn't made aware of any actual meeting place....thus I did not know. Hell I only saw 1-3 people from the boards...EVEN THOUGH I STOOD OUT THE MOST!! stressed

I could say the same thing...NO ONE showed up but me and Water Princess Daine. That is, of course, because there was no designated meeting spot...so, therefore, no one is at fault (besides me who sort of sloppily organized that lunch gathering). This is going to be "meet us here at x time and on x day," so if you miss it, it's no one's fault 3nodding We're just trying to get a feel for who would want to go...and doing it much more in advance, so that people will know about it.

Actually I recall the EXACT meeting spot was decided to be right outside the gaia panel room at noon. If you guys missed that when it was decided you should have said something. Hebi and myself were the only ones there.
And Rei it's nice that you stood out, but if we don't know what you look like then what good does it do to be standing out? You could have been a 60 foot tall woman made completely of Jello but if we didn't know it was you it doesn't matter.

Let's not argue over this, meeting place was a miscommunication, as I too was outside the Gaia panel room at noon. There should have been a sign or more specific place not near the line so we wouldn't get confused.
There were a lot of people there; a lot of you didn't see me, but I'm okay with that 3nodding
Anyways, this is about a future lunch meet-up, not a past failed one. Let's try and stick to the topic, please? mrgreen
