As much as I hate leeching bandwidth, it's photobucket. That's what it's for.
As seen above in a lightened version of the teaser poster, there is more to the image than can be seen on the website.
As the song doth go: "the evidence before the court is incontrivertible / there's no need for the jury to retire" The angle of the upper border of the eye has been inclined a bit in the teaser poster to make it look angrier than the original Autobot insignia, but other than that the lines fit exactly. I don't believe anyone given the images there could argue that this is not intended specifically to look like the Autobot symbol.
If it
is Megatron, I would have to wonder about the person who decided to model his face after the Autobrand.
