pretentiousness, thy name is xenosaga.
other then the fact the hour long cut scenes can drag on sometimes, its a very enjoyable rpg series. ive yet to play xenosaga 2 though...

weeperofsouls pretentiousness, thy name is xenosaga. other then the fact the hour long cut scenes can drag on sometimes, its a very enjoyable rpg series. ive yet to play xenosaga 2 though... Episode II is so....different compared to the first one...were it not for the returning characters and continuing storyline (at least to a point: Shion possibly becoming a Gnosis seems to have been retconned completely.), they could have easily released it under an entirely different name if they wanted.

Ya, two is very different. The battle system changed while keeping somefeatures while adding and changeing it. The skill system is very different in this version. The characters appearance is somewhat different also. I wounder what three is going to be like?

The characters appearance is somewhat different also. I wounder what three is going to be like? Well, there have been a few details released here and there, as well as character art and such (chaos looks SO badass! whee ). One thing I've heard about Episode III is that Gaignum Kukai { will be possessed by Dimitri Yuriev}, which would explain his different colored hair and mannerisms for the next game. One thing I liked about the Xenosaga series was the numerous references they had, be they biblical or otherwise. chaos, for example, with the way he is portrayed as obviously being from some sort of higher plane, as well as the powers he witholds, would probably be Xenosaga's representation of Jesus. I'll put up some of the art work I have later. 3nodding

Either way, I'll be getting it somehow. 3nodding @Jen: Well, it's true. xd Take a look at what he can do. He's really, really knowledgeable (almost otherworldy so, even compared to their grand scale of things), he can disintegrate Gnosis with a single touch, and apparently, he can walk through walls and doors, as there have been several times he's entered a room without any sort of door opening sound or anything of that sort as with what happens with the other characters.

I am at Miltia City, and the party is Ziggy, Momo, and Jr.
Ziggy, and Momo where characters I didn't use much so their tech attack wheren't as advanced as Jr's. He knows Storm waltz. I should have spent E.Pts so one of the characters would have better healing Ether skills. The best healing skill I have right now is Recharge.
