Split Personality Umo padded quietly when he was in the swamp lands, his nose to the ground and his tail wagging much like a dogs would. He knew that there was someone on his trail, yet he was not nervous or on high alert. He simply kept his head to the ground, his crimson eyes foreward; yet squinting slightly as he walked. He knew that the someone stalking him would do a quick work of him, ending it quickly. Simply put, he would die quickly. His brown mane ruffled slightly as he slowed down and lowered his head fully, smelling a bunch of plants; as if he was interested.
"Hhm, what a strange smell' he spoke aloud, his voice monotone.
"Hey daddy!" she grind hop skipping up to hima nd trailing around his forelegs.Split Personality Umo made his whole body jump as his daughter startled him, course not bad but enough. For one, she fell down and COULD have hurt her already hurt leg. He looked down at her, lifting his legs when she went around them, for some reason. "Well, I never imagined I had a young huntress after me." He said flatly.
He bent his front legs so he was down with her. "You okay darling?" He asked, licking her softly; caringly. He wouldn't want to make Kikawaida upset that Kina hurt herself, nor did he want to overly be fatherly.
Wiggling her tiny tufted tail she tripped over ehr fathers huge paws but was soon up again. She was used to tripping and falling and really didn't mind too much though she wascovered in little scrapes from her trips. Split Personality
Umo smiled down at his daughter, his crimson eyes blinking slowly. He was worried about his little girls leg, yes, but he knew she disliked being babied. She was not a baby after all. She was growing everyday. He didn't know if he liked that or not. XD
"You know how much daddy loves you... he would not want Mother to be angry for anything. I would not want Mku angry either. He would be severly angry." he said with a laugh, catching her up with his paw and standing her up; patting her head with his big ol' paw before twitching his tail happily.

Kinamasi gigled "I'm okay daddy Honest!" she grins sitting down on he rbutt in front of him only one of her front paws resting on the ground. She knew to keep weight off her foreleg it meant she could acctually play on it occassionally if she rested it ehrn sitting.
Her big ruby eyes rested on her father and her tail wiggled some "wheer are you going daddy?" she asked quite suddenly,s he had been stalking him but she had no idea where he was headed.

He smiled, for he knew his daughter would not lie to him; not until she was at least an adolesant. This thought made him smile to himself. "Okay Darling." He said, patting her on the head with his paw lightly. That leg was gonna worry him soon, when she had to start to learn to hunt... she might not be such a good hunter. He shook this thought from his head and turned to look to her.
"I was not going much of anywhere, just walking around the swamps. Do you want to join me?" He asked, looking at her with admiration. Ah, to be a child again.

kinamasi giggled happily and gave a vigerous nod "yes please! She gave a little laugh then clinging on to her fathers furry mane as he placed her upon hi head "i havn't sen the whole swamp yet have you daddy? Mother says not to go in to the boggy buit cause Imight go down forever if I get stuuck int he sinky mud!" she nodded an affirmative. her motehr had given ehr many warnings about the swamp.

Umo smiled at his daughter, stepping lightly side to side as he placed her on his head. He smiled, standing up and moving along hte small trail he had... well actually the only one he was familiar with. "Alright, we'll look around but... if we do go to the bog, we can not tell mommy. Just a secret between us." He said flatly, but with a smile. "Course, I do not know where the bog is" He said with a laugh.
He wakled, looking about and enjoying the feeling of Kina on his head. "Daddy could get stuck too. Bogs are really dangerous." He said. Clambering along. He knew this, because he had heard of lions bigger than he who had met an end at the sinking sands and bogs. "Mommy knows mor about the swamps than daddy does."

Kinamasi giggled as she settled in ehr fathers huge mane her paws alling over his forehead as she looked around. this was the best view she had ever had of the swamps. "Oh mommy says it's over near wheer she used to live, wheer i was born. I think we are a long way away from it" She was prety cwertain acctually.
Her huge red eyes looked about, those eyes mimiced ehr fathersof course though it was her only feature which defined ehr as his daughter, taht and her strange back markings. Lickingher lips her tiny pink tongue lapped out along her lips as she rested upon ehr fathers head nipping at his ears ocassionally.
"I think mother knows everything about the swamp daddy, she said she's been vere forever and ever until she met you" she grins, those wern't her motehrs exact words but the little femme could exaggerate a little bit right?

Umo adored his daughter so. Through all that had happened, through all that could happen. His life with Kikawaida was the best thing he had ever done. He blinked those cool crimson eyes, indeed the ones he shared with Kina. "I see. Well, we will walk and perhaps we will see them or perhaps we will not." He said with a shrug, careful not to move his head too much. He didn't want to dislodge her.
He stepped lightly on these lands, since he did not know them that well. Well, not at all barely. He smiled, stepping in a bit of soft, moist ground. He was not so sure of the watery feel on his feet, but he could ignore that. He had to be big-strong-daddy.
"Mother indeed has been her all her life. She left once as far as i know, and she met me. She taught me things about the swamp that I never knew. She also taught me... how to love." He said flatly, though a smile crawled across his face.

Kinamasi giggled as her fatehr spoke. She loved his voice. "The other cubs say that loveis a big mushy thing" she giggles again her tiny tail wiggling as Umo padded along. "Mommys very clever but so are you daddy!" she grinned broadly her ruby red eyes glistening in the sunlight.
"Do you think one day I'll have a brother or a sister? Allt he other cubs ahve brothers and sisters. Do you think i can have one daddy please?" she grinned scanning the horizon as she said it. It was a perfectly innocent question really.

Umo giggled, well laughed as well. His daughter was so cheerful. His forehead furrowed when she spoke about love. "It is a big mooshy thing. You will know more about love when you get older." He said with a smile, padding slowly. "Mommy is very clever, as are you." He said with a smile.
Umo blinked. Oh man. "Well Kinamasi. I would love to give you a sister or brother, but it will be a time still. Mommy would have to want a baby as well." He said. "Why, do you want a sister or brother that badly Kinamasi?" He asked, interested in what he would hear.

Kinamasi shrugged "I dunno I think it just might be nice to have one yanno?" she grinned and gave a little giggle "Plus everyone else has one so why not me!" swaying her short tuftey tail behind herself she awaited an answer though her father had said it would take time for her to have a brother or a sister. Perhaps that was for the best she liked being daddys little girl. if she had a sister or a brother his affection would be passed off to somone else. Maybe it was good to just have friends and not relatives now she thought about it.

Umo laughed, looking upwards at his daughter without moving his head. He blinked cooly. "Of course, I would love to have another baby, but for now I am okay with my little Kinamasi. " He said, walking with a bit of a sway, his tail twisting over his back and waved it in front of her.
"I am sure you will love to have anouther cub to play with and help us name. I plan on having anouther actually. I love children and you have been such a good girl, I would not mind having anouther." He said with a smile.

Kinamasi giggles sending aclaw out to tryand reach ehr fathers tail but it was much too far away. "Mother says i have an older brother, why have I never seen him daddy?" she questions in a perfectly innocent manner.
"Oh I don't mind waiting, I like being the only baby" she grins broadly, it was the truth but maybe one day she would like a brotehr or a sister or one of each perhaps?

Umo smiled, though inside he was saddened. Kajji. His adoptive son. "Yes, you have a brother that I took care of... but he is almost an adult now. He is on his own. You may meet him someday." He said, his tail twitching at the end, enticing her.
"Ah, do you like being hte only baby? Well, would it be alright if me and mommy have anouther baby when its time." He asked, loooking upwards again to see what she would do.

Kinamasi giggled watching ehr fathers tail "I'm sure I'll get to meet him one day daddy!" she grinned reaching a paw out as far as she could, she still couldn't reach her fathers tail tip. Should she jump for it?
"Oh yes daddy of course you and mommy can have more babies!" she grins broadly "I'd like a brother or a sister one day!"

Umo laughed at his childs giggles; for nothing pleased him more than knowing his baby was happy. Her and Kika (and their little friend Mku) were the ones that mattered too him most. He tried to stretch his tail so she could get a n** at it, but felt concerned that she would hurt herself... so he strained to the point of almost a pain could be felt in his tail bones. "I hope you will. He was my firt ever... well... cub in a way. Not by birth... but by caring. He will be special too me... just as you are special.. as is mommy."
He laughed out loud. "Oh, alright hten. We will try when the time is right dear."
