Anybody here played that game? Did you like it? I have it and i'm stuck at a stupid part with the mean dead guy obsessed with killing Laharl. >.> I like Etna, she just makes me laugh. Prinnies scare me. But my red mage and my Ronin are at awsome levels. I only make girl characters Xp, the guy ones don't appeal to me much, wish they all looked more like Laharl.

Disgaea is my favourite game ever! Well, it ties with Final Fantasy 7. But still! whee
When you're stuck, just go and level, or build up some weapons in the Item World. That or create some crappy characters and use them as "bait" for bosses while your stronger fighters batter the enemies into submission... xd

the company that licensed it also did a bunch of other fun games, some of the most freeform tackticks games i have ever seen
surfing on a fish is one of the more origonal things you can do in one of them

I finally got both 1 and 2 and I'm stuck on Disgaea 1, so I'm having to level alot (it's bad when I can solo the next 5 chapters with Laharl and everyone else is about 7 levels behind him gonk )

The second Disgaea is highly enjoyable and I finally got my hands on the first one, too. These games flew under the radar, until the reviews of its new installment came to be, and are nearly impossible to get your hands on, now.
Good luck and be well, my fellow demons. surprised

I'm a happy owner of both Disgaea 1 and 2. I love them so much. I'm in the process of pillaging everything I can out of both games. Making my characters super beefy and all that. Etna is awesome, period. ^^ I have an odd attachment to my male Cleric which I named Margot. Oh so fun.
I managed to find them both easy, and on the same day, at GameStop.
Besides, if you ever can't find a game, just eBay it. You'll likely get a better deal on it there anyways.
