This aroused my suspicion that he only wanted to join because he wanted to pick up chicks. So I ran a quick post history check and found he behaved alot like a troll. Upon declining his request, the following PM conversation occurred.

Your reason for wanting to join in and of itself says plenty.
This also, is reason enough for why.
