Specs
Personality There isn't a lot to analyze here. She's timid about things; horsish, if you will. She's very cautious when it comes to doing new things and meeting new people, and she's overly nervous, anxious, and paranoid. A worry wart. This is why she's taken so long to come from the den and explore the world. The ambition is there, but the will to do it is overcome by the fear inside her. [more to come]
Physical Description Pelt colouration: For the most part, the fur is tawny or creamy in colouration. It fades out into lighter colours at her toes, revealing her delicate pink pads and talons. Along the backs of her legs the fur is more a chocolate colour, as well as down her back, rump, the tip of her tail, and her facial mask. Her ears remain tawny, though the tips are chocolate. Special Markings: Her mask of chocolate extends from the tip of her nose along the topside only, stretching out around the eyes and continuing up the forehead in a thin line, covering around her ears and jaw bones. The colouration continues down her back into a thick dorsal stripe. Around her eyes, swirls of colour emenate from the outer rims, delicately placed over her cheekbones. The marking gives her a sobering appearance. Eye colouration: Her eyes are a deep charcoal hue, practically pupilless. This adds to her sobering, wise appearance. Build: Her build is sleek and thin, as well as long, allowing her to appear elegant and graceful in most movements. Her chest is not too shallow, nor too deep, as standard wolves chests go. Her paws are dainty, though they are medium sized, and she gives the illusion of being stretched out or elongated, seeing as her legs have grown quite lanky and long to fit her general build. Lithely muscled and well toned, she is about as athletic as a wolf can look for her age.

Introductary Post
(Read and never forget! The first post ever made by Whinn: )
This den. This home. This place she'd been couped up in for weeks. Whinn looked around the now cramped, dingy setting, eyes ceasing to sparkle with the homely enthusiasm they had once possessed. Now this place was used up; the magick was gone. She'd been watched by wolves she'd never met, and they grew lazy and boring as the days wore on in what seemed to be a slow motion tango; a terrible one at that. Now that was all over. Whinn was going to seek her freedom.
Peering out into the world through the shallow entranceway to the chasm she'd lived in all her life, she saw a world that she felt she'd never be ready for. She used to fear coming this close to reality; it was as if it would bite her or slaughter her. Now she'd built up her courage, and ran the risk of the bloody ending. Nothing happened to her. A confidence gained, a pride starting to accumulate in her steps, she made her way slowly and stealthily through the hole; escaping into the reality that was what she'd dreamed of.
Her charcoal, hollow eyes scanned this new surrounding, sampling the dangerously exotic air. Everything here was huge, vibrant; alive. Nothing compared to the den she'd been trapped in. Shaking her coat partially free from the dirt she'd gathered, she started off at a lively trot, though not a cocky one, taking in the wondrous world.
She made her way awkwardly through the forest surrounding her previous enprisonment, wide eyed and scenting everything she could. There were trees here so tall she couldn't hope to see the tops that smelled of cool rain and moss, ferns that tickled her nose when she scented them, and strange creatures galavanting about that made her both curious and scared; still encased in her unknowing innocence. Presently, she became tired of this new, mossy world, having thought she'd seen everything. She turned down a well-beaten path, which lead her to another new place to explore. There was lush grass as she broke free from the curtain of the forest, and ahead of her water rushed through the land, encased by sandy banks. Exited, she galloped over in the clumsy way pups do, feeling the foreign texture of sand run between her toes. Lowering her head, she lapped at the stream, watching the clear bottom through the sanguine liquid. It was strange how it didn't seem to move, and yet the current would pull you away if you weren't careful.
Once she was satisfied, the pup sat herself down, looking around her. A yawn parted her jaws as her tail thumped contently against the sand several times. She wondered if there were other babysitter-like wolves around here? She hoped not. She hoped there was a different sort; the brave, adventurely type. Maybe even a pup her size to play with! A friend! That would be grand. She pondered the thought, eyes glazed over dreamilly.

History
I was born in a small, warm den on the seventeenth of August, in the year two thousand and four. For quite some time I hung close to this den, unsure of it's true meaning or origin. As the days began to grow shorter, I became more and more lonely; restless. I wanted to see the world. As the month of September approached, I began to peek out of the dens hole. Reluctantly, I slunk through the shallow entrance, and stepped foot upon the early autumn ground, anxious to meet and greet the world, though shy on the inside as well. What would this world bring? I knew not...
I took residence beside a river and quickly learned to fish and take care of myself. This is where I first met Yero. He stayed with me through adolescence and into adult hood, where we quietly accepted eachother as mates and moved with Selia to a new pack ground. Pack life was wonderful; and the den that Yero helped me to build was large and warm. However, as the months dragged on the pack seemed to hold no place for myself or Yero any longer. There were new generations and new wolves entering, and we eventually decided to return to the river as Yero had promised we would long ago when we first chose to leave.
At this point in time, I became conscious to a new thing inside my body: We were going to be a family. We journeyed away from our packlands, back to the river carefully and at a casual pace. Once we returned, our litter of pups were born. Nessarose, Marzipan, and Liaraku were born and raised beside the river as I had been raised, and are now approaching adolescence.

Important Events November 6th, 2005: The children have grown into their teen-hood now. Yero and I are quite happy in our residence beside the river, and we can't wait for the children to grow and start families of their own upon the riverbank. The family dynamics are amazingly peaceful and harmonious.
July 30th, 2005: I have just found out that Yero and I are going to be parents! I better be a careful mother to be until they are born!
August 17th, 2004: The day of my birth. Funny, isn't it? Most don't remember these things, but the date bore into my head when I was old enough to understand the concept.

Encounters
Lera: A strange wolf that could see things Whinn could not; met as a pup Selia: Met breifly as she entered her pack
Family Yero: The love of her life, whom with she is starting a family! Yero is kind and affectionate, his personality as gentil as Whinn's. She adores his dark feathered raven fur and flashy red eyes. Liaraku: The last born in her litter, she is Whinn's youngest daughter. She inherited mostly her fathers genes, being mostly black with tawny stripes and a facial marking like her mothers. She has the firiest personality of the family. Marzipan: The second born in the litter, and Yero's only son. He is most like his mother in appearance, but has black markings all along his fur. He also inherited his fathers eyes. He acts most like his father, soft spoken and refined, but good tempered. Nessarose: A very even tempered pup, first born in the litter and Whinn's oldest daughter. She is very refined like her siblings, and genuinely good natured. She seems to bond more closely with her father than her mother, whereas the other two siblings are more fond of their mother or being alone.
