schmoozing is like talking..
it's a subforum you have to post stuff like thsi there. this place is more serious and stuff...
like example at holidays and synagogue-ey- thingies you ahve the table with the old whiney people.. this is that table
the schmoozing subforum is like the kids table where they are like melting jello and having a good old time

A few things:
1. She means "Community Schmooze," one of the guild subforums. Basically, just post your more chatter based threads there instead of in the main forum, which is more for discussion.
2. Please use correct grammar and spelling in your posts. I don't mean to be the evil grammar freak here, and I know that many of us spend hours upon hours a day in school and consequently don't want to think when we get home, but please try to work on talking in better English, and maybe don't use as many emoticons, either. It's newbish blaugh
Lastly, I'm happy you're making threads and everything, but maybe explain what you mean a bit more. For example, give some background information on whatever it is you're talking about or something like that xd 3nodding
EDIT: oo and one more thing- please post in the introductory thread so I can finally know if you are who I think you are! xd sweatdrop blaugh

it's ok, i'm just having a bad day...
ok, so shavuos is one of our holydays. this holyday is equal 2 passover and sucot. on the other hand, the holyday is just 1 day, (2 days in the exile), and not 7... in this holyday, we celebrate the giving of the Torah to the Jewish People at Mt. Sinai.

I know what "Shavuot" is (I use Sephardic pronunciation, it's kinda switching that way with the Ashekenazi I know) but I don't know what "Tikkun leil" is. Could you please translate?
