I thought it only right to make a thread to debate this long debated battle.

Maybe a few things to consider...

Goku can manipulate energy and take/borrow it from others. How would this come into play against Superman?

I stand by the affirmation that the Kaioken is similar to Captain Marvel's power in that it is a magical power boost granted by the gods.

Does Super Saiyajin ki emit solar radiation? For that matter, does the Kaioken ki emit red sun radiation?

Why would they fight at all? I imagine Goku's Saiyajin blood demanding he challenge such a powerful adversary as opposed to some queer plot induced confrontation.

ny way wizard did a story where Goku beat Superman.

I hate superman for the reason every one thinks he's a ******** god.I pretty sure goku could beat him Superman doesnt eve have a figthing style.

For the record, I don't think Superman is a God. I'm not even a huge fan of Superman, and I like Dragonball Z much more. It's just a fact that Superman would beat Goku.

the point is he would win! goku can't touch the guy! so what if goku can blow up "A" planet, pre crisis superman juggled them!!! Goku could not get the dragon balls to wish supes dead because superman wouldn't give him time. goku is not faster than superman because his instint transmission is only 99% the speed of light while supes almost beat flash in a foot race meaning that he runs about 7.3 times the speed of light! screw this thing about goku going ss5 because its not real. it has never really been writen down in stone, Goku would never use kryptonite because he only likes a fair fight, he gave cell a sensu bean before sending his son in to fight. cmon! even if you want to but them up against each other at there best superman wins. at supermans prime he has been living on the sun for 15000 years and is no longer affected by kryptonite. he currently wears the green lantern ring which as we all know is bound only by the will of the wielder. by the way if you didn't know supes gets his power from the sun, so he can never ever run out of energy (15000 years!) cmon guys.

yes but even with that Goku still couldnt beat superman, all he could do is run, i argued with Das over this versus, and couldnt find any way for the instant transmission to come in handy, i mean what, other than kryptonite, can kill superman? (anybody? i would really like to know)
