If you were to make an RP character based completely on you (meaning no embellishments, improvements, changes, etc), what would it be like? If you feel comfortable with it, post yours here! I will, if I get done with mine. biggrin

Name: Francis Rei (middle and last name left off) Age:16, going into Senior Year after the summer History: There really isn't much to Francis's life. He was born to two Phillipino/Chinese immigrants in the city of Houston, Texas, where he was raised in the same house from birth until present time, along with his three younger siblings, two brothers and a sister. His name is completely unoriginal, in a sense- ever part of it comes from some other part of the family. His first name, Francis, is from his mom's dad's first name, Francisco. His second first name, Rei, comes from the masculine form of Reinata, the name of his dad's mom. His middle name was his mother's maiden name, and his last name his father's.
He grew up a rather sheltered life, going from private school to private school until the 6th grade, which he took at the local public school. All the while, he was told he was smart, etc. And he was. The only problem was, that he saw this as normal for him, and so did everyone else. From the 2nd until the 7th grade, little Francis had a problem with breaking down in the middle of class for the smallest of reasons- a bad grade on a homework assignment, having to speak in front of the class, being even mildly reprimanded. From the sixth grade onwards he was a boy scout, having previously been a Weblo (a sort of older Cub Scout), and a member of the Kingwood Middle Orchestra, as a Violist.
His life then was pretty uneventful, until his exposure to the internet and Anime around the 8th grade. This is probably the most influential part of his life, or rather, a substitute for it, so that he didn't have to go outside, where his skin tone would get a strange looking tan. As time wore on, he took an interest to roleplaying, eventually finding his way to Gaia in his sophomore year. And this is what you see before you.
Physical description: Francis is a very thin boy of 120 pounds (maybe more if he's eaten) of reasonable height, standing somewhere between six and seven inches on five feet, taller when wearing shoes. His legs are bowed slightly, and, like his arms, are longer than they should be in proportion to his torso and not remarkably muscular at all, though this is typically unnoticeable for the long, loose-fitting pants and slightly oversized shirts he prefers to wear in public.
His skin tone is rather dark, looking tanned year-round despite never actually going out in the sun except on certain occassions. His hair and eyes are dark as well, black and brown respectively, the former with brown hightlights, though these have begun to grow out. His eyes seem black, though, thanks to the glare of his glasses and obscuring, horridly messy hair, which he wears in bangs that cover his forehead. His face is rarely left uncovered by his glasses, for it looks slightly flatter without them to give definition to his face.
Mental Description: Francis is called smart by some, and is called an idiot by others. Most choose not to notice him, either way. Sarcasm, disdain, embarrasment, and things of that sort are the emotions with which Francis is inclined to react, though he is loathe to ask things of strangers, or talk to people he does not feel comfortable with. When presented with tasks, he can give a shout of false, parodying enthusiasm before charging into battle.
He enjoys banter and observing people, and according to his younger brother, always appears as if 'contemplating himself or the world'. Francis claims he's simply really just in a constant state of needing sleep.
Francis does not react to crying very well. In fact, it's not really good to say he reacts at all. Seeing someone crying or being sick immediately instills within him a sense of awkwardness, guilt for not feeling any worse for the person in question, and confusion as to why he's actually feeling bad in the first place. He'll mostly either freeze in half-done attempts to comfort the person in question, and do nothing in the end.

Bah, I doubt someone'd be able to hunt me down with my description. A thin Asian guy with glasses in the Houston metropolitan area. That doesn't exactly narrow things down.

Name: Christine Age: 14 Grade: currently - 8, after summer - 9
Likes: Chocolate - gets really hyper with one hershey kiss but can't even get awake with a cup of coffee and ten packs of sugar; Writing - her life, enough said; Anime/Manga - is completely obsessed and has converted her entire group of friends into anime/manga fans; Music - listens to it every second of her life, whether in her head or an outside source; Art - creativity is cool; Philosophy - way to analytical Dislikes: Bias - hates it when people are biased; Prejudice - is attempting to get over her own; Mob Mentality - can't abide people with no individuality; Coffee - bitter; Boy-Obsessed Girls/Girl-Obsessed Boys - like them? great. whatever.
Appearence: Christine is an average girl with average looks. She has waist-length black hair, dark brown eyes, a pale complexion, and a ready smile. She likes to wear loose clothing, and hates skirts. She almost never wears shorts or anything shorter than capris, if even that. She weighs only about 95-100 pounds and is about 5'3" last time she checked - which was a while ago.
Personality: She's usually always happy/hyper and shows enthusiasm for basically anything she does - that she's interested in that is. She likes challenges and would rather have five really hard questions than ten really easy yet tedious ones. She is rather philosophical and can find some sort of spiritual/mental/emotional meaning to practically any event, big or small. For some strange reason, she finds it second nature to hide her sorrow, anger, and any other negative feelings, but can't hide any positive emotions for the life of her. She lives to live and doesn't worry about a disater until it actually happens.

Uh-huh! But seriously. I was half-dead once and tried some coffee with sugar to wake me up. Downed the whole cup along with ten packs of sugar and I was still half-dead. stare A week ago, I was tired afterschool. My art teacher gave me a hershey kiss and all of a sudden I was really, really hyper. xd
