I need help. I think I maybe pregnet and I want to know what some of the signs of early pregnency are? Can anyone help me?

The earliest possible signs are a missed period, and possibly some spotting as the egg emplants itself.
Other possible signs as things progress are tender, growing breasts, morning sickness, clothes getting tighter, increase appitite and the like.
If you've missed your perioed and are worried about it, go and get tested. That's the surest way to know before you start expanding pant sizes.

Stress can certainly delay the onset of your period. So it may be that it's just late and you're not pregnant.
Some other early signs of pregnancy include breast tenderness and morning sickness. But those too could have other causes.
Best thing if you think you might be is to get yourself a home pregnancy test kit. And if that comes up pregnant, you need to see a doctor for repeat testing and early pre-natal care.

Victim_Of_Insanity I was supposed to have my period last week, but I haven't. Maybe it is just because I have been under alot of stress from my finals coming up. Oooh, that happened to me last quarter. My period was two weeks late. Freaked the Hell outa me. Stupid finals. yeah..abortion bad...sin't this a christian guild though? Cuz it says it was... (not talking to the wicca)
but, if you think you're pregnant... I kind of don't feel bad for you, but you probably are just stressing. My little sister (who's like 14) is always off by like a week either way, so she knows its stress (our family is ......special. lots of love...not)
So, its probably stress, but if you're going to be having sex, make sure the guy uses protection, and I know they have protection that girls can use, too. Or the pill and stuff. Don't be stupid about it, please.

This is going to sound strange -- and you're probably not going to be happy with me....
But, for any chance you are pregnant, please try to be careful about alochol, caffeine, nicotine, and overheating. The first trimester is really important, and things like hyperthermia and homocysteine levels can really disrupt neural tube formation.
It's not what you asked for -- and I'm sorry! but.... if you are pregnant, I want your child to be as healthy as possible!
