What you do is go to Gaia Towns. In area 1560, there will be a tree on the left hand side of the map. Go buy a shovel and begin to dig. There you will see Jack. He will ask you not to disturb his tree and disappear. Get another shovel and go to the same tree and dig exactly 20 more times. He will then tell you to stop annoying him and he'll double your money!
