I don't know how we can have a FFVI guild without this topic!
There are many questions in life, such as where do we go when we die? What is the difference between good and evil? Who should win the 04' Presidential election, and.....Who or what is Gogo? I know the last is the most important thing on my mind.
I prefer to think that Gogo is just Gogo, nothing more, nothing less. Why does he have to be someone else? Well, I'm sure the rest of you have your theories....

I never thought of it until I found a fansite with a very very poor debate for Gogo being Daryl and I was like "huh"?
As intricate and complex as the plot is, people always look for something to make it even more. And they prolly want to play as Daryl or whoever they want Gogo to be.
If Gogo is anyone but the wierd male I always thought he was, He's Madonna.
Cause I said so. XP
Madonna's proven to be a survivor and a smack on the head by Gestahl couldn't possibly have hurt that much much less kill her. She was left for dead but Gestahl's an old geezer who resembles a dog. eek Yeah, I said it. whee lol
I have no proof of this but there's just as much proof as Gogo is Daryl.
I just think it'd be cool for Terra to have both her parents around at some point even if she didn't know it XP

Sometimes I think Gogo could be Daryl, but Poobert has just pointed out to me that Gogo cannot equip girl type class assesories, and also Gogo is pretty damn buff with big shoulders. I have more reasons for thinking that Gogo could be Daryl but I needs to go right now.

People think that Gogo is Daryl because her ship crashed into the Triangle Island at the time of her "death". I'm relatively sure her body was reclaimed and entombed though, along with her rebuilt airship... underwater... Anyway, I personally think Gogo is Relms mom, or in some way related to Relm, due to the fact that it too can equip the Momento Ring, which can only be equipped by Shadow and Relm. Also, in the Japanese version, I ehard that there were two more items that could only be equipped by Relm, Shadow, and Gogo. The theory that Gogo is actually Gilgamesh from FFV is preposterous seeing as Gilgamesh had like, six arms, Gogo has two.

i read before at gamefaqs, i thin kit was at the end of the SCC , that there was something about gogo being a polititician that had died about 30 years back before the game was created. they had a good theory about that.
