Last week I seemingly got the random urge to play Skies of Arcadia again. Since then i've been working my way through game. I had forgotten how amazing it was. The whole concept was just great. Take the world and replace ocean with sky! Hooray for air pirates.

It saddens me though that this game is dommed to partial obscurity since it was origionaly fot the Dreamcast and later ported to the gamecube with a few additions and the subname legends tacked on but in my experience it was hard to find (i got mine at zhers of all places).

Once i had heard of a sequle being made for PS2 but i'm pretty sure thats what became legends for the gamecube instead.

So who else has played this game? I consider it one of the best RPG's of all time up there with the likes of Xeogears, FFVII, Chrono Trigger, and Grandia.

I love Skies of Arcadia. I have them both. IWhen I heard they were making it for the gamecube I had to get it. 3nodding

I only have one of the Skies of Arcadia, the one for Gamecube? I couldn't get into it that much. I played like half the game before becoming bored and I stopped. :
