this is my horsey drawing that took me like 2 months to finish.it won a 1st place ribbon for the best realistic pencil drawing in my grade.

this is my first painting. its much bigger but the scanner wouldnt scan all of it. this was placed as a superiour (2nd place) for a realistic painting in my grade. i actually drew this from my memorie of hawaii. mrgreen

..and I like this picture~
I think you've done a great job with the shading. I have difficulties when it comes to shading entire pictures. I think it's frustrating because I usually end up having lead on parts of my hands and I end up smearing it..
I think you've done a good job in drawing the horse head, too~

...is this in acrylic? It kinda looks like pastel or oil pastels to me 3nodding
I like how the waves look~

Obviously you have pride in your artwork or the placement of your pictures in competition. That's cool, keep drawing!
