Have any of you ever heard of, had or tasted aspic? what kind was it? Discuss the idea and your opinion. For those of you that don't know, aspic is like jello, but usually savory with vegetables or meat.
I've only had one kind, a tomato vegetable aspic, but it was delicious. It was made of chilled tomato soup and jello mix, and had chopped up zucchini, peppers and tomato and was serve with gaucomole on the side. I thought it was delicious.

I'm not an aspic fan. I like my gelatin with sweet things in it.
