I love this anime/manga. I first started off by just watching the anime and I really liked it. I really never had any interest in reading the manga. UNTIL I came here and that is all people would talk about. The Fruits Basket manga. How good it is and how bad the anime was. -.- So I started getting all the manga...and so now I am caught up. Ah it's so much better. BUT I still maintain that the anime is not crap. I still like the anime...sure it doesn't really compare to the manga. You don't get to see as much or really find out to much about everyone. But oh well.
Hm lets see...talk about whatever. Favorite characters? Least favorite? So on so on.

I love fruits basket its definetly very origianal but i wished they had finished it properly

I have never seen the anime. I have never read the manga (I started reading no.3 (got throught 3 pages) and got bored so I read Tokyo Mew Mew) but I've heard all about it and heard its really good! 3nodding

Ahh, yes. Furuba.
I was once sooo obsessed with this manga. XD And the anime, too. (Somewhat.)
Favorite character... Probably Kyou, Shigure. Hmm... Tohru... ><;; Oh!! And Manabe! I LOVE him! XD Pairings would be KyouRu (Kyou x Tohru), HiroKisa, RinHaru, aaand... YukiMachi? Just so Yuki can be happy. ^^ Least favorite character would be.... Ah. Matoko. The YFCG. AKA the Yuki Fan Club Girls. domokun
When did I first start reading this... I believe it was in 2003 or 2004. (Probably 2003.) An "article" about it in one of my Beckett Anime magazines got me interested so I read then bought it during my first (and so far, only) anime con. In Canada. XD;

YAY, Furuba is one of my favorites! I actually haven't seen the anime, but the manga rocks!!!!!! and its coming to an end now crying . The next chapter will be 127, and Takaya is planning to write only 130 crying . My favorite characters............ Kyou-kun!!!!!!!! Haru!, Shigure and Momiji! They rule! ....... Kyou and Tohru forever!!!!!!! blaugh

I have alot of favorites actually...but my top favorite is Kyo! ^_^ Others include...Hatori, Ayame, Haru, Rin and Kakeru Manabe. My least favorites are the Yuki Fan Club Girls. -.- I'm not all that fond of Akito either. Ritsu bugs me. And I don't like Kagura that much either.

Fruits Basket is very original its up there with inu yasha and FMA anime wise but they definetly didnt finish the series properly

I personally like the manga better then the anime though! Rin is freakin awesome! So is Kisa!
