alice nine.I saw some thread about an alice nine. concert, but it wasn't really about alice nine. themselves. sweatdrop So I took the liberty of making an alice nine. thread myself. biggrin
alice nine. is a Japanese indies band formed by the drummer, Nao, in 2004, and was signed to PS Company. Their first single, "Namae wa, Mada Nai", was released in 2004.
Well, for starters... I believe that official name for the band is alice nine., with no capital letters and a period at the end. This is because... well, in the "VELVET" PV, it was written that way in English and Japanese. rolleyes  Clockwise from upper right: Nao, Hiroto, Shou, Saga, Tora. Band Members
Shou - Vocalist
Shou is the vocalist of alice nine.. He used to be in the band Givuss, and before that, LOST AGE.
Hiroto - Guitarist
Hiroto is the left-stage guitarist of alice nine.. The only band he was in before this one was BAQUEPIA.
Tora - Guitarist
Tora is the right-stage guitarist. He was in Karasu, Arakune, and finally Givuss, before joining alice nine..
Saga - Bassist
The bassist. He was in Vall'na racill, Visage, Delta Ark, and finally alice nine..
Nao - Drummer
The drummer. He got the band together in 2004. Before alice nine., Nao was in Fatima, then RusH.Discography--Album--

They're a cute band... Though I don't think that was intentional of them. ^-^ I think the funny thing is that Shou actually sounds like the vocalist of Fairy Fore quite a bit.

Merciless Darkness They're a cute band... Though I don't think that was intentional of them. ^-^ I think the funny thing is that Shou actually sounds like the vocalist of Fairy Fore quite a bit. I don't know what Fairy Fore is. sweatdrop But I do know GLAY. I think Shou sounds like the singer of GLAY.. what's his name... Teru or something... Yeah, Teru. Shou sounds like Teru. I think that the only bands with unique voices are Malice Mizer and Dir en grey. But that's just me. Plus I haven't heard much else except D'espairsRay, Gackt, The Pillows and... I dunno, GOING UNDER GROUND and Rentrer en Soi. Of course, the voices sound different, but not ultimately... unique. Malice Mizer and D'espairsRay have similar voices though. Sort of. ninja I dunno what I'm talking about. rolleyes

It took me a while to get used to Shou's voice. When I first heard their new album, ZEKKEISHOKU, I was like "Eww..." about his voice. But once you get over that everything's way catchy. >__> Oh, and in Q, Saga sings along with Shou. ^-^ I find that so adorable. <33

Yeah, "Q." is a great song.
What's also awesome. There's two guys in [ -P a n d a . S o a p- ]'s signature, and the guy on top has... an awesome bracelet. Checkered studs. My belt is like that but... my studded bracelet is just normal studs. sad
