I totally couldn't find one, so I'm making a cosplay thread! If you or your friends cosplay, post it here. If you attend a con or a similar event and get some really great pics of cosplayers, post them here.
If you find a really great or really bad cosplay pic online somewhere, then you can post that here too. But please don't go surfing cosplay galleries just for the sake of filling up this thread. sweatdrop

First post! These are all taken from the con my friends put on last (?) weekend. We had nearly 300 people attend. cool  My friend Piig, dressed as Dib from Invader Zim.  Random Utena cosplayer. The rest of the cast was there too, but I was too busy/tired to take a lot of pics.  It's Gendou!!!!!!!!!!!! And Shinji. With Yakuza Al in the background. It's a bad pic, though. I took more, but they were on Gendou's camera. razz

oh goody i just got back from a con! my costume, mara from ah! my goddess  this costume from flcl kick a**, its tv kun biggrin a group from night stalkers ommmggggg im so doing a morrigan costume one day and best for last tuxedo mask! i actually have like.. 30 more so if anyone wants to see em, PM me biggrin

ah im sorry if it posted 3 times, my stupid computer.. no i didnt enter any costume contests, the line was seriously 3 miles long and we didnt make it in time to enter anyways.. i think ive only done 2 contests and i lost both times lol, but thanks its took a lot of time to make that costume and im very proud of it biggrin

Yeah, and it takes A LOT to win a contest. At our con, there was a whole group that did almost the entire cast of Utena (see my pic above of the one girl dressed as Utena). Most of the costumes were of that quality and they STILL didn't win. A girl dressed as Gara (sp?) from Naruto won.
Her costume was SPECTACULAR. She even shaved her eyebrows off for it.

Sammirah Yeah, and it takes A LOT to win a contest. At our con, there was a whole group that did almost the entire cast of Utena (see my pic above of the one girl dressed as Utena). Most of the costumes were of that quality and they STILL didn't win. A girl dressed as Gara (sp?) from Naruto won. Her costume was SPECTACULAR. She even shaved her eyebrows off for it. WOAH well see most of the time at the cons ive been to, people who kiss enough a** win and half the time thier costume sucks and thus why i dont really like to enter anyways because sometimes the opinons or biased.. but i do like to preform on stage thats always fun! biggrin lol the only time i did a skit was at anime festival of orlando and i was so sick from ihop i was puking the whole day haha so my preformance wasnt the best.. and my costume wasnt finished because i trusted this girl mckayla to do it and she made her costume.. perfect but me and 2 other girls had half done costumes that were pinned together stressed thank god i learned to sew biggrin my next mission is to make Grace from Soulfire

well this isnt cosplay per say its actually a halloween costume Im supposed to be Princess Peach... If its inappropriete to be posting in this thread than Im sorry, just delete it.

thanks sammirah! ill definately be posting pics when i have it finished lol its gunna be sometime though, chil you picture is fine for cosplay smile its pretty much when you dress as a character from a comic, anime, movie or whatever lol and your peach costume is way cute biggrin
