I know it's probably been asked around before, but hey, I'm curious.
Naruto may be annoying and childish sometimes, but it's really so cute and amazing how he managed to help people get a grip on thier lives.
SasuNaru is the most obvious (lol). The whole best friend/rival thing is so cute. That entire quote the writer of the series gave one time about Sakura, Naruto, and Sasuke is just priceless. "It completes the love triangle." So, if Naruto likes Sakura and Sakura likes Sasuke, then Sasuke likes..... (heheh... obvious, much?)
NejiNaru is fine too. The case is kind of like Sasuke's but for some reason - with basis, actually - I think if Naruto didn't poke his head into the Hyuuga's business, he'd have gone and turned into a mini-Itachi and killed the clan. Doubt he'd have let Hinata live, though.
GaaraNaru is kind of weird but believeable, the way I see it. They're sort of in the same boat, what with the entire demon-stuck-inside-you thing. Naruto's is sealed. Gaara's is (?)infused. It's rather fun, though, wondering who'd be the uke between them. I personally prefer Naru-chan, but Gaara is so cute with his a** up in the air. (giggles hysterically)

I think SasuNaru is usually a given, though in keeping with cannon further into the show, I don't much see it happening at the moment. >.>
NaruNeji looks great on paper, but really I don't see them being more than friends. Even when he's older, Naruto is the type of person one has to get used to and Neji, while patient seeming, doesn't look the type to put up with Naruto long.
Gaara and Naruto is a favorite of mine, even if its a tragic coupling. ^^; Neither could leave their village, so their love is oh so hard. I might be biased though, Veilchen has drawn some of the most beautiful pictures of that coupling, and she's actually who got me into it. ^^;; We're even, I made her a rabbid ItaSasu fan.

I honestly am not a SasuNaru/NaruSasu fan at all. >_> I don't know about NaruNeji, either.
NaruGaa, though. I love NaruGaa In my mind, Gaara is like Naruto's wife. I really don't base my favorite pairings off of what would make a good relationship, though. So, um. *cough*

Ahem, but I personally prefer SasuNaru over the other two but I do think GaaNaru makes sense... And they could take turns being the uke in that relationship blaugh NejiNaru is cute too, but I think they're leaning more towards friends (well at least in Naruto's case, I dunno about Neji...) I actually read a quote about Neji acting like a mini Itachi:

I prefer SasuNaru. NejiNaru doesnt really makes sense to me *shrugs* Maybe i'm not seeing it but as most people are saying here, they seem to be just *friends* i can't really see them going any further than being great friends and all. NaruGaa... they seem too.. similar.. i'm not a big fan of this. I guess they can balance each other and i do see where this couple comes in but it doesn't really *spark* if you know what i mean *cough* or maybe it's just me >_>'''. It's cute but to me it's just ~there~

Well, Sasule is very low in my point of view. So, except for Naruto I don't much enjoy SasuNaru.
NaruNeji has never interested me. meh.
GarraNaru is my second best pairing! I love them until I die! OH! and I think Naruto should be uke, for sure. <3
