Black_Aura i keep trying to gain weight but then i just end up loseing it ((for helth reasons of course)) try drinking 5 or more (much more) chocolate shakes a day. that's what I do and I gain a lot of weight.

Here is the BEST way to gain ^_^
Eat alittle more during your meals, and have more dessert
And try to have a stuffing session once in awhile. I guarantee thats the best and healthiest way to gain

Do not stuff your face with unheathly food. just try eating more during your meal. one day, just munch all day..

I suggest doing something of an inverted Atkins diet. Get lots of carbs. Bread, pasta, italian food in general. Carbs are where most of your energy comes from. Candy and sweets will help too, but you don't want to get to dependant on them if you're gaining a set amount, because they can be unpredictable and habit-forming.

Please be careful...it's not healthy to gain weight too rapidly. Increasing your carbs would be a fast way of getting those extra pounds, but keep in mind that you still have to have a balanced diet...the 4 food groups are your friend *nods* smile

Finally had time to post something properly...
Toast and Fuzzy are right. The best way it to make a "reverse diet". Try eating a little more everyday. Dont try to eat a lot untill you are used to it, or you'll only make yourself sick. Gaining weight is like losing: TO stay healthy, it need to be done slowly.
Having some light snacks once in a while throught the day helps. Sandwichs would be a good choice, since breads and masses have more carbs.

*ponders* Health weight gain. I'm assuming this isn't as much muscle mass as it is just general body fat?

Well........ I am not sure... but the first few thoughts of my mind would to be drink a lot of liquids, doesn't matter what as long as it doesn't have TOO much caffeene(I understand it screws with your metabolism, but I am not sure in what way so I am just playing it safe). And perhaps wash that down with some enjoyable foods.
Using the liquids to expand the stomach capacity, overtime enabling you to eat more... and perhaps gain more. Don't go to fast though, just pace it.
I hope it helps a bit... lol... Damn me and my reading into Japanese Winners of eating contests!
