This land was once a great battlefield for the elementals and gods, but a great evil befalled one of the warriors and it destroyed this land purging it of all good. there is nothing but suffering in these lands now.........

Sojiro looked out on the battlefield.
Warriors stood, a good ten thousand of them.
No doubt that there would be ten times that number for the enemy.
"Damn, its hot."
Sojiro said wiping sweat from his brow.

"Odin reporting for duty" Odin said to Sojiro as he too looked out at the field.

Sojiro looked over at Odin who had just appeared.
"Good timing."
A couple of fire elementals blazed by.
"The fireworks are about to begin."
Sojiro says with a grin.
He turns around and doesn't believe what he sees.
"Well laddy. Ya couldn't tell yer old friend where the damn battlefield was now could ya?!"
Sojiro laughs and walks up to Zuke.
"What made you change your mind?"
Zuke looked up at the sky, then back to Sojiro.
"Ah, I thought: What the hell! We're all gonna die anyway!!"
Sojiro nodded and walked over back to the sand dune Odin was standing on.
"Look. Down there."
Tategami wandered around, a huge pack of them.
Weirdest thing being, they had armour on.

Sojiro turned toward him.
"What say we draw first blood?"
Sojiro drew his sword and ran down the dune.

Odin thought he should get some more practice with his sword in before the fight so he pulled his sword out and followed Sojiro down the dune.

Sojiro turned his head a little bit and saw Odin following him.
"This should be good, Odin!!"
Sojiro sped down the hill and landed on one of the Tategami. When he did he grabbed the Tategami's head and swiftly broke its neck.
"Hey Odin. Look! Now its a Nogami!!"
Sojiro's foul joke meant nothing he was just caught up in the moment.

Odin laughed at the lame joke and chopped off one of the tategami's heads.

Sojiro saw a tategami jump high into the air and try to land on him.
He cut the creature down the middle.
"So, I guess we'll be done in a little while then?"
Sojiro says after a few chopped heads later.

"yup. these things are easier then the creatures i faced on my journey here." Odin said while impailing an extremly vicious one.

Zuke watched them fight at the bottom of the dune.
"These damn Tategami killed a lot of meh companions. Sojiro and Odin. I am grateful to the both of you."
Sojiro killed the last of the Tategami with a final swing.
"Heh. These guys are asswipes."
Sojiro said, picking one up then dropping the corpse.

Odin picks up a couple of handfuls of dirt and makes the signs of earth, fire, and water to form bombs which are highly unstable so he puts them in a pocket in his cloak for the war.

Sojiro searched through the Tategami's weapons and pulled out the useful weapons.
"We could use these for anyone who doesn't have weapons. Swords and Bows, as well as arrows are in great demand."

"I could make bows, arrows, and swords using the elements." Odin says as he too searches through the weapons.

Sojiro nods.
"That'd be good."
He stops searching and looks up as Fire Elementals stream overhead.
"What the hell are they so ticked off about?"
Sojiro yells to Odin over the sound of their screeching.
He doesn't wait for an answer and climbs over the dune and gasps in surprise.
A whole army of Tategami and Sune-Ku cover the desert floor.
"Uh, Odin. You might wanna see this."
