Eric Bischoff is putting out a book? A definite must-read, especially if he decides not to play nice with the WWE after this past run. I believe that the WWE took him for granted not only as the WCW VP during the mid 1990's, but as the General Manager of RAW. While recent ratings suggest that Vince McMahon is a better fit for the GM job (though USA Networks and Wrestlemania have a lot to do with that), Bischoff was a regular staple of the WWE from 2002 through 2006. That's a lot of facetime and for the most part, they kept Bischoff in a strong light. Yeah, Vince McMahon humiliated him on a regular basis, but he let him be the GM forever, while Smackdown was a revolving door of guys.



If Eric Bischoff isn't coming back to the WWE, he should tear the WWE a new one. He knows enough about the McMahons to completely trash them in book form. If he's kind to the WWE about his tour of duty there, then the WWE should induct him into the WWE Hall of Fame NEXT YEAR. If Verne Gagne is in the WWE Hall of Fame, then Eric Bischoff should be too. Unlike Gagne, Bischoff defeated the Vince McMahon led WWE and became a strong character for almost 4 years. His WWE and WCW resumes get him the induction, and if anything, being a small part of the AWA, Verne's promotion, should also pad the resume.
