I'm trying to find a good way to exercise on my days off that isn't strenious or high impact... somethign that will help relieve some stress and stuff liek that xp I'm considering trying a tai chi video. Anyone have any experience with that or has any other suggestions?

update: I got DDR Extreme, and already am tired. xd Really really really REALLY am bad at it, but it's my first time. whee Looks promising so far. 3nodding

find a good deep pool and just try not to touch the bottom or the sides for half an hour you will feel like your just floundering around and it cant be doing anything good for you, but when I did it with mother three times a week it made a diffrence of about half a kilo to a kilo a week on my diet *thats about two pounds I think*

I be me find a good deep pool and just try not to touch the bottom or the sides for half an hour you will feel like your just floundering around and it cant be doing anything good for you, but when I did it with mother three times a week it made a diffrence of about half a kilo to a kilo a week on my diet *thats about two pounds I think* cool whee thoguh i'm not good with teh swimming thing sweatdrop

It is not my friend.

Put on some music and flounder for half-an-hour.

Walk to work. My wife is finding exercise difficult, she swims 3 times a week but that tones her body rather than sheds the pounds, so she has begun walking to work. Its been hard as she is asthmatic but we really think it works, plus it wakes her up before her day begins lol
